I'm only rating this place a 1 simply because all the exemployess that's left comments can't even spell let alone write a sentence u can understand!! Like how can a company hire employees like that to do simple tasks? ????

all truck drivers do not come this warehouse if you don't have an appointment or be ready for being stuck a day or more, also there are rude people, with out apointment they will not unload you

I am not allowed to work Saturdays because of personal reasons. I made sure I told Komyo that before I started orientation and they told me that janitorial people don’t work weekends even if your hired on. Even when I applied, it didn’t say anything about weekend availability on the job description. From the start, they kept on telling me things that they were going to have me do but never followed through with it. One of the employees at Komyo who has been there for 15 years told me that they don’t hire on non production workers such as janitorial people. She said that they would more than likely move me to a different department or have me learn something other than Janitorial such as recycling or battery changing. I was also told that once hired on, I would have to work weekends no matter what position. I verified this with the Assistant manager RANDY and he said that it is true. I told him about my situation and he said that I could go part time or stay with Elwood but still work here. The lady I talked to told me to go to the hr lady as she would be more straightforward with me. I did and she told me that janitorial do have to work weekends. Well that weekend, it was mandatory to work Saturday but I didn’t work because I was told that janitorial people are not required to work weekends if not hired on yet. THAT WAS A LIE because that Monday I went in and got fired due to not showing up on Saturday. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT WORKING HERE. They are that desperate that they would lie about something like that. They could’ve just been honest and not wasted my time. I was there for a month and a half. I worked my butt off walking almost 20,000 steps a day just to keep that warehouse clean just to show them that I wanted this job. Randy and Ryan are not honest people and they will sugar coat a lot of things. Ryan is the manager there and Randy is the assistant manager. Komyo is the worst place I worked because you can’t trust anyone, they lie, people are lazy there, selfish, don’t care about their employees, work their employees way too much, barely any days off for holidays, and the management is horrible.

I was recently working here and I got my assignment ended because I used 4.5 points supposedly but in reality I used 3.5 points.! They have a 7 point system that they don’t even go by at all you can’t use your full 7 points before they fire you.! They don’t care about people honestly cause this morning I was almost involved in a car crash I called in to let them know and they still fired me.! They all lie, ungrateful, & selfish.! The job itself I had was easy easy. But with the people and management that’s going on right now i WOULD NOT work here until a lot of changes to be made.!

Not a hard job, I worked there for 3 years until recently. This place, unfortunately, works against itself. It's every man and woman for themselves. There is no teamwork, poor management, and gobs of OT because of it. There is some good there, however its only on 3rd shift, if you happen to land there, you'll figure it out on your own. Good luck!

Don't recommend one to work here, beware of low wages, long weeks & weekends with no breaks off type work one does for komyo.Holiday is in the weekend you will mostly get only the one day before or after that holiday.They will pay others to be brought in and pay them double time of payment on top of their regular paid time off. Cater to outside help housing @ hotels, avoid employment here...
