Maddie is an amazing manager that helped a lot. This lady was super sweet, great memory, and beyond helpful on short notice. Definitely deserves a raise and promotion! Great job, Khols, for getting her. Side note - Apt. 9 clothing is my favorite; Apt. 9 is super soft and fits my fat body, lol. Thanks, again, for the help, Maddie!!

Troy Ohio Kohl's is always clean and neat it's a beautiful store unfortunately this shoe department is very lacking especially when it comes to toddler shoes

The new self checkout is not user friendly or a speedy option. I waited in line almost 20 mins. to make a return. The store is a mess. Clothes not in sized order, clothes on the floor. Felt like I was in a thrift shop except for the prices. Will be ordering online not in store.

They are always busy specially during holiday time. But they try their best not to affect rush to customer service.
Store manager at customer service desk is awesome and ready to help.
You will always find something special and staff is always helpful

Clean store, well organized, with friendly, helpful cashier. A little difficult to maneuver some areas of the store but overall a good shopping experience.
