Super disappointed in local rep for Josten’s, Mike Beerman. His office made promises with my purchases that they will not follow through on. They were very responsive and eager to help at first but now are not. I will not be ordering again.The ring itself was okay. It’s very cheaply made for the incredible price.

As a senior I haven’t got any of my things!!!! Not to mention I ordered back in October it’s now February I call atleast once a month everytime I ask about it they tell me a different time my apparel is coming it gets backed up. I’m already upset about my senior year and now this. I don’t recommend ordering anything from jostens besides a gap and gown. IM SO DISAPPOINTED.

Their $15 yearbooks are advertised as hard cover all over their website and they are in fact paperback. There is nothing on their site to tell you any different when ordering. With Lifetouch our paperback yearbooks were only $10. Also in comparison to Lifetouch, Jostens only does one pose with their school pics. Lifetouch does several, including a full body shot and there is no extra cost. I really wish our school system wouldn't have made the switch to Jostens.

Ordered class ring for my daughter.. The stone was supposed to be Peridot but came clear/light blue. Called customer service and got nothing but attitude about colors varying.. No customer service skills at all.... For what you spend take your money somewhere that cares...You may all be individually owned and that may be the reply you use for all the poor service and dealings but you are still Josten's an making it seem as you are your own business and not part of Josten's just shows how poorly your business is ran.

Worst customer service ever... Wait times over 4 hrs... Missing order and no tracking number... Supposed to get a call back from the rep in Cbus... His name is Steve... No... No call back... Wish I had never ordered from them.. they don't care about the orders or the kids graduating.

My daughters gown arrived in the wrong size as well as some of her classmates. We have tried to call and the classmate emailed. No response and no answer to the phone after waiting over an hour. After an already horrible senior year my daughter was once again to find out she has to wear this gown in her pictures that she swims in. I am highly disappointed as is my senior

Wouldn’t recommend. Once I ordered the ring I tried to take it off of my order. I emailed and called to try and take it off my order with no answer from anyone. Even though I already payed for my cap and gown they said they were going to keep it because of the ring. Once I got some help paying for the ring and got it the stone in the ring was wrong anyway. I asked for my birth stone color which is purple and it came back clear instead. The lady that gave me the ring was also disrespectful.
