We recently visited Chevy of Troy to purchase our brand new 2500! We drove over an hour to the dealership due to their awesome summer savings and incentives! Neil was our salesman and was absolutely amazing to work with and made the process so easy! Dylan helped us close out the deal and was very assuring of all our questions and needs! I could not recommend a better dealership or businessmen to work with!

Shoppers beware!!!
This place thinks car shoppers are stupid or suckers. My wife went to look at a 20 year old used car. Test driving revealed the AC didn't work. Ok, no surprise there. Chevy of Troy was already asking about $800 over book for the car. My wife made a fair offer for the vehicle, tax included. The salesman countered with full asking price plus twice the sales tax amount. What?! Then "came down" to full asking price plus the regular amount of sales tax. My wife informed him that she was prepared to buy the car outright but the salesman didn't budge.

This is the only dealership I will use and trust. They have the best service and vehicles around, hands down. The best part is they have the best detailer I’ve come across yet. Mitch takes his time with detailing and you can tell it’s a passion of his, not just a job. Amazing work!

My car needed a very expensive repair. Paul and Ann helped me bringing the cost down and applying for a 12-month financing. They let me borrow a brand-new car while mine was being repaired, so I didn't have to worry about getting to work every day. Paul, Ann, Parker and Marcia are wonderful people that truly care about their customers.

Nate was the sales person I worked with. easy going , mangers seemed to busy to help him . Used sales manager was off and had to call him to come value my trade witch seemed dumb when the new car sales manager could just as easy gave his opinion !

Kevin Bauer was the nicest salesman. He went above and beyond to get me into the red 2024 Traverse that I had been wanting. It had just came in on the truck and I was an hour away. They got it in and prepped while I waited. I would definitely go back.
