Our service is great! All the installers were very helpful and did a great job. We have been waiting for internet service since 1988 and so happy to finally have. Thank you so much Imagine Networks when no one else would give us Internet access.

We live back a very long lane with many obstacles including a stone wall. The gentlemen that came got the job with no problems. They did an excellent job and the service is so much faster and more reliable than what we had before. GOOD JOB!!

5-Star installation. Trench operator was top notch. Kept both yard and flower bed looking like they were not even touched while fiber installer was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. Extremely satisfied overall resulting in a very deserving 5-star rating for this Imagine Network Team!!

Fantastic company. Came out when promised. Install was seamless, and the internet works perfectly. They made sure we had good signal strength throughout the house before leaving. Excellent customer service.

We waited 30 years for fast Internet after many disappointing attempts to find an alternative to DSL. We live out in the country just outside of Casstown. Finally, we found Imagine Networks Located in Troy Ohio. Not only did they offer fiber internet but were the only ones that was willing to lay the fiber down our long driveway to our house. Everyone we have been working with from Imagine Networks has been great. From our initial contact with Josh who made it possible to include our house into the fiber network, then the two installers that did the hook up (Tyler was amazing). The other installer was also great but I did not catch his name. Even the gentleman that did the actual trenching was great to deal with. Every single one that participated in the install was extremely knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. No one left the install without making sure everything was working as expected. We are very happy with the whole process.

Tyler and Steven did a great job getting me set up with Imagine Networks. They went out of their way to do the installation as I requested. They also were quick to resolve a problem with a piece of faulty equipment that was installed. They were also very nice to work with during the process.
