Pulled up a little after 7 which I didn't know they closed. Lady came out before I got out the car and started screaming at me. Were closed!!! I'll never go here again.

Haven’t gotten my hair cut by someone in 6 years and the woman I had today was absolutely wonderful!!! She had a bun and this cute outfit on. I didn’t know her name but we talked about our dogs:) would recommend her 1000000%

Closed before 7pm. I checked in before arriving at 6:55. I realize that I was pushing the limit on their open hours, but representative claimed their computers shut off at “7pm…” and couldn’t cut my hair… Will never return to this location. The staff at the Troy Dorset Rd location are much more friendly, and much better at their job.

We went to a great clips in Beaver Creek for our son and they did a terrible job , his hair looked so bad . We went to see Savannah in Troy and she fixed him up and made it look amazing. Highly recommend seeing her for your next cut!

terrible haircut they dont know how to listen to a simple few things. I ask for it to be at my eyes and they cut it all the way up my forehead and the dont even cut it all. absolutely terrible service and then has the audacity to ask for a tip after. never will be going again.
Lady rushed and took not even 5 minutes to cut my hair. Just absolutely terrible anytime i go here

We scheduled an appointment for our 3 year old. We scheduled online which worked out great only had to wait inside the shop for 10 minutes before our turn. My 3 year old has only had a few haircuts before but the employee took care of him and calmed him down. His haircut was done quickly and looked great all without too much fuss. We’ll be returning for his future cuts!

Great clips is a basic everyday haircut place & it's cheap. I feel like it is not the kind of place you go for an adventures cut. Unless, you know a specific Stylist, I wouldn't just walk in wanting something Brad Mondo would bust out. I would go for trims for long hair, most basic child cuts & a routine men's cut. My daughter has experienced a little of good & bad, going for newer technique short cuts & such. She is adventurous & gives it a chance. It's cute to watch it challenge Stylists sometimes, it's all in good taste & just a silly experience sometimes if anything & I always tip & I don't go there with unrealistic expectations & treat people like dirt-or verbally shame them..etc. Most ladies do great clips in the start of their career & some are very educated & experience trained but you just kinda have to find the right fit for the higher techniques you see sometimes & want. If you want something like that, find a stylist & don't stroll into great clips looking for a haircut under 20$ that's worth 50$.
