terrible communication. my fiancé is building an engine and had taken his engine here to get 4 things fixed. now i’m not a car person so i don’t know specifically what he had asked to be done, but the owner told him his engine would be done in july. it is now october and the engine work is still not done. my fiancé had tried calling and nobody would answer. nobody had reached out to him either regarding his engine and why it was still not done months later. today he went in there to speak to the owner and it turns out only 1 out of the 4 things he had needed done to his engine were complete. the owner said he didn’t remember my fiancé ever saying the other 3 things ever needed complete even though he had wrote everything down and gave him a quote for the 4 things getting fixed on his engine!! would not recommend this place to anyone.

Not a very good mechanic. Still owes me a sensor I gave him to put on my van looked myself while under my van and he didn’t put it on called him several times regarding it no answer. Lost a hubcap on our van cost us $40 to replace left top cover off our engine went back to get it someone tossed it out back! No one answers the phone when you call! We’ve paid this man a fortune through the years but no more!! He NEVER fixed the van ! Took it somewhere else they fixed it for less than $500 !

Called ahead and asked how long it would take to clean and check cylinder heads already pulled off a motor. was told a week. 4 weeks into it no progress. Said they would call me on this day of the week - never called. I even purchased the parts they needed to do the job for them and delivered. Picked the heads up today disassembled and in pieces and still almost charged full price. What total disappointment and rip off. Do not use.Service: Engine repair

First time customer. They machined an exhaust manifold for me it took them a day longer to do it than they first told me and when I got it back there were a few spots that were in question of whether they should have taken a little more off. The guy said not to worry about it. So far so good manifold gasket is not leaking.

As usual Ron does a great job, used Getters for their machine shop services. His work is great and affordable! We had a piston issue the manufacturer finally got back to me Ron took the extra time after he had it right to make the bore perfect ? Thanks Ron

My grandfather was driving me to pick up a door from the refinishing shop next door to this place that I was having restored. While getting off the exit his fuel line blew. We were able to pull into this garage. Getters quickly diagnosed the issue and began work right away. We were close to an hour from home; they completed all the work that same day in very appropriate timing. We were not overcharged at all; our bill was right what we expected. Getters was so polite, professional, and easy to work with. I am normally really bad about writing up reviews for good experiences but wanted to take the time to thank these guys for helping my grandfather. Your kindness and professionalism will not be forgotten. I would recommend this garage to anyone. Thank you!

Dropped off my son-in-law's car in late September of last year and was disappointed in the lack of communication... promised phone calls which never came, repairs not completed and charges misrepresented. Went to pick up car, after paying $600+ over phone, and it didn't run as promised...they hadn't even test driven after they 'repaired' it.
