I just called this store after calling three other GameStops. She is the ONLY employee to check the website and to check if other stores had the product. I didn’t even ask her to do that since I thought they couldn’t tell since Huber Heights said “Maybe Miler Lane might have it.”Again, great job, Troy!HH, do better!

I was browsing and the manager came out, I believe a woman, and started telling the worker everything he was doing wrong in a tone that implied she was talking down to him. She cussed at him, said she was above climbing a ladder and made him do it, then proceeded to play on her phone while he worked. He took it all very well. He is actually always been great, knowledgeable, kind. Much better than his manager. The manager said she had been off sick for 4 days, she did not thank him for I assume covering. Overall, I gave a 2 only because of the worker. This manager is a liability to staffing levels as nobody would put up with the way she publicly talked to him around customers. I’m not sure what they pay but I’m sure it’s not worth it. I’m a GM at a large retail store and I know the importance of great talent. They wont stick around at THIS store.

The worst customer service here. I've been coming in here for years and it's just getting worse. I stopped by the store to pre-order a game, and Morgan gave us attitude with no reason. Absolutely unprofessional. A mid age guy who is new, he was standing next to her at the cashier, and he was not nice or helpful at all either. I will go to Piqua next time. Piqua stores inventory is much better than Troy anyway. I was very disappointed.

The staff is extremely kind and helpful, especially Skylar, the prices are normal for games and items around the store, the same as Walmart, Kroger, and Amazon.

GameStop in Troy is the worst place to purchase electronics. They never even open till 12 noon then they hardly ever answer phones plus no matter what we purchase, there's usually a defect. And when a customer is disabled...it's hard to keep catching the transit to make all these extra trips. My son has been a loyal customer and it's over now. I will not allow him to shop there since they obviously have poor management.... definitely unprofessional, to say the least. So if you're looking for quality products and friendly service go elsewhere. Every single item he has purchased at GameStop of Troy Ohio has had a defect. This time he has to return a steering wheel to a game due to a mission button. Before that he purchased a new game there and the wrong disc was inside. He then goes back to exchange it and again the wrong disc inside it too. Other items were defected too. Then they try saying whatever excuse but we got tired of it.

The disrespectful overweight lady that works there, "Amity Lemmon" has no business working at a Gamestop. She will literally laugh in your face because of her failed opinions. She has no idea what she's talking about.

I was really impressed with the customer service I received at this location. Skylar was wonderful to talk to and covered all of my wants and needs. When I called back for additional information, he was just as enthusiastic and willing to answer my questions. He is an extremely knowledgeable and helpful employee.

I'm just saying if the prices on things aren't right you should probably change them. People buy things based on prices. Might wanna take care of that. Especially when its double what it says on the item . The girl working wasnt any help I work retail and if prices are messed up I have to give it to them because that's what it says.... annoyed.
