Paid for signature delivery and told them I needed to see a signature to prove it was delivered. After delivery no signature available. Called customer service and a foreign speaking person I could barely understand had no idea how to help me. Went back to this store and they advised I needed an account number to see the signature. No one bothered to explain that when I paid for the service. The fact they can’t look up a signature when I’m holding the receipt in my hand for the paid for service is an absolute joke. Never again. UPS from now on.

Store manager, Charles, is not friendly. I understand customers can be annoying but they are also the reason you are able to have that job. I simply had a package with a label already ready to go & you would have thought I walked in with 25+ boxes needing assistance. A smile & a “Good Morning” would have been much more appropriate.

The store was very clean and well organized. Travis was very professional and helpful. Quick service. Will definitely return to this store for all of my printing and shipping needs.

What a wonderful team here at this location. I went to print my son’s birthday invitations and the young lady and gentleman at front desk helped me and explained everything so nicely. They are the most kind and helpful staff I encountered. Thank you team Charles.

I will rate it 3 stars because the first time I went there I had a very helpful lady. I went in today and this man had an awful attitude and he just set everything in front of me and said "you have some homework" and had me tape on the label and such. I am fine with doing it myself but the first person I had just set a higher standard. I just like great customer service and that dude had NONE. ✌️

I was needing to send an extremely urgent letter to Brazil. So, I thought that FedEx would be the best option. I paid $192 dollars for an express 4 days delivery service. After 6 days, the letter was stucked in the Brazilian Custom because the Troy's attendant had forgotten to put the receiver name (I gave it to her). After 21 stressed days, the letter was finally delivered. After this nightmare, I learned some lessons: FedEx is just an expensive mail service worst than USPS, nobody there answered my several phone calls, the FedEx website does not have anyway to allow the customer to complain, and next time I will use the old, reliable and cheaper USPS services.

My wife shipped a suit on Tuesday from California to Troy Ohio for a Wednesday delivery at noon paying over $300. It is for my father's funeral which is Friday at 1 o'clock. Every six hours they update their website to delay the delivery. The current ETA is Friday at noon. My wife called and spent several hours suffering "death by menu" in their automated system. I called and after saying, "representative" 15 times was finally connected to a person who barely spoke English. I am taking a break to write this, before I try again. The death of my father is a once in a lifetime experience. I will never forget what is happening.

Brought a package there with live animal which they normally dont do unless it is certified which mine was... I called on the phone to see when they had last pick up for overnight delivery during which she told me no live animals... But With it being certified through FedEx my thinking is as soon as she scanned it then she would see certification the box was clearly marked live harmless reptile as per Lacey act.... She accepted and scanned package and that was that.... I called the live animal logistics rep at Fed Ex to make sure everything was kosher and she called there to see.... After this the lady in Troy called me and told me to either come pick up my animal and take it to the hub in Vandalia myself or she would have it disposed of.... So I go to get the animal and her response was "You should have listened to me the first time" All the while the driver was loading the truck to take to the hub.....What a crock....The Logistics rep couldnt believe it when I told her... Who would dispose of a live animal over a power trip.... Troy Fed Ex thats who...

I am from out of town and needed a place to both drop off a package and do a quick print job. The manager, Charles, must have seen me struggling outside with the box in my hands and was there to open up the door for me- very nice! After getting my drop off handled, I explained what I needed done for the print job and Charles quickly took care of it and got me on my way, all while training a new worker to boot!
Thanks Charles, I won't hesitate to stop by when I'm back in town for business.
