I am a master certified heavy diesel technician and I have a 2011 Jeep patriot that was acting up and I thought it was the transmission. I took it to Erwin because they fixed the windows in my wifes Journey under a recall. Anyway, 1 hour labor for their technician to tell me it was a clogged catalytic converter. I was skeptical. I took it home and removed the secondary cat and used a video scope to see the inside of both catalytic converters the secondary was clogged with bits of the internal honeycomb of the primary cat. I replaced The cats and the Jeep runs fine... I still am in awe. I really thought it was the transmission. Thank you Erwin for your wonderful and spot on diagnosis.

I have known Joey for over 20 years and he always does an excellent job taking care of my vehicles when it is in for service at Erwin's. He thoroughly explains what needs to be taken care of on our vehicles. I highly recommend him and Erwins!

STEER (pun intended) CLEAR of the service department - go anywhere else. This is the first review I've ever written in my entire life and I wish I could give 0 stars. I am an extremely patient person, but this time it was too much. Lack of communication is the key issue. Took close to two weeks to get my car in. When I arrived, they didn't even acknowledge my presence until I said something and also had the wrong vehicle for my name. They then let the vehicle sit there for close to a week doing nothing with it and offered me zero updates, I had to call every single time and they stated they were backed up and that they were going to look at it and they would call me the next day (they didn't). I feel like since it was an estimated low cost repair (~500), yet tedious, they didn't care at all to work on it or had the lowest possible priority - that's their "backed up" lie. I highly suspect this is the case and they prioritize potential revenue because there are other people who leave positive reviews about timely service, probably because their repairs were the most expensive. Eventually, I just took my vehicle back because they made zero progress and when I went to pick it up some dude was smirking at me like it was a big joke. They showed no intention of working on it so I took it the same day, not having to wait 2 weeks, to the Piqua dealership. If you are backed up two weeks out, then don't tell a customer to bring their vehicle in, giving them the false hope you are working on it, tell them to wait an additional two weeks. Or hell, don't even schedule them at all and catch up on your current customers. And also, being "backed up" isn't an excuse. In my profession, I would be fired if I said I would do something and didn't deliver, it's called taking responsibility and honoring your commitments to your customers, which this dealership has shown to me they clearly don't care about.
This place has lost my future business, and every person I know in this area that owns any of these vehicles lol

We recently had a service job done on our rear brakes on our Chrysler Pacifica. We had to wait on a special order part for a break line hose that had collapsed. Thankfully, the owners allowed us a loaner and kept us on the road for personal and business even though our vehicle was down for a week and a half.
