I had my 2015 Sierra 2500 truck serviced by this dealership. An oil change of the diesel engine and tire rotation was over $200. I understand the extra cost related to a diesel engine and heavy duty truck.
My issues is after rotating the tires front and rear axles, the technician did not adjust the tire pressures. 75 psi for rear and 60 psi front.
I get the alert in the picture that a tire is low. It’s 59 psi which for the front is 1 psi low and would not alarm. But in the rear it did alarm since it should be near 75 psi.
This basic error which I call sloppy work create a risk while I was towing my 6000 psi trailer. Lesson learned is I need to check before traveling. Bad is that can no longer trust this dealership to do a simple task.
I will be going elsewhere for all automotive services.

Purchased a 2021 gmc sierra elevation. Mark was the sales agent Dave was the finance. Every step was explained never felt obligated or pushed. You feel like you are part of the family during this process. I have already recommended Mark to a few people that have asked me about my vehicle purchase. Buck Burton with New & Used Car Sales at Dave Arbogast is one of the BEST salespersons I’ve dealt with in my 50 plus years of buying cars. Treated me like family, not a pressure type salesman, listen to each one of my concerns, honesty!, and totally upfront man. His warm personality is impeccable!! I am a very hard dealing person when it comes to my money. Buck with Arbogast Buick-GMC I would totally 100% recommend to anyone to deal with!! The Arbogast Staff in every area were also remarkable to deal and work with.

Let me start off with Joe Bauman at Arbogast Buick what a complete gentleman very professional no bs just straight talk. Joe made my purchase smooth & painless. I drove roughly 290 miles to make my purchase. Upon arrival the staff was very friendly all smiles & welcoming. Dave the finance guy sweet man with a heck of a sense of humor. Thank you Arbogast for making my buying experience an easy one and most of all thank you Joe & Dave for the pleasurable experience!

Called for a tire. Talked to Noel in the parts department and he was on it! Everywhere was out of stock. He finally found one in Cincinnati and had it there for me the next day! Can’t get any better service than that. Thank you so much to Noel in the parts dep!

Appointment time was met, took truck in right away. The needed part, (camera), was not in stock and had to be ordered. 2 week wait.
