I’ve been with Cricket for a number of years. When I bought this new phone he talked me into a maintenance plan. Earlier this week I stopped in because I had a crack in the screen. Jennifer said they send it in and send me a new phone. I told her it wasn’t that bad. She wanted to look at it. Imagine my surprise when it was just the screen saver. It did its job. What an asset she is to the store. Believer in screen savers.

Cricket Wireless has your hookup on cell phones and 5G service where ever you go.I've tried other BIG name company's..I always wind up back with Cricket.Jennifer at our Piqua location is Amazing.Sweet. Helpful. Knowledgeable. She takes care of people. ..

The sales associate was very helpful. He was able to retrieve all the info and pictures from my boyfriend's old phone which was about to have the battery blow up. It was hot and bulging and shutting off and on.
