I came in for a drug test, when I went to leave my vehicle would not start I had a baby with me and the woman at the desk was very rude and said sense I was not a patient I was not aloud to sit inside with the baby for 20 minutes while waiting for a tow truck (if 20 minutes at all) remind you she said if your not a patient so I guess me being seen within 10 minutes prior doesn’t make me a patient needless to say it’s probably almost 88 outside. Dark hair pudgy white girl with glasses. If I had to guess she doesn't have kids just my assumption from the way she acted/looked

I was really happy with how everything went! This was the first time I had gotten my blood taken in around 10 years, India was who helped me (highly recommend) and I didn't even feel the needle! I had a lot of stress building up before the appointment so after all the blood was drawn I did feel woozy and ended up passing out. Luckily my husband was with me and carried me to the other room to lay down while I was out. I just have the say this staff was INCREDIBLE! They jumped right into action to help me and brought me water, fanned me, ice packs, you name it! I felt so embarrassed afterwards and this team really reassured me. The front desk lady is also so nice, not very common to see, and she really made me feel I was in the right place 💞 I will definitely be going back here again :)

If you plan to walk in for labs, please be aware they close for lunch from 12:30-1:30, however I suggest showing up no later than 12:15 because they tend to close early for lunch. I showed up at 12:20 and got yelled at from behind the window “we’re closed”. Schedules mean nothing. Lol

I've had to get blood work and glucose tests many times over the years and have visited several CompuNet locations, but I've always had the most success at the Troy location. The employees are all friendly and the phlebotomists do a good job with my one teeny usable vein.

I was unable to sign in on the iPad. Five people who came in after me were able to sign in. So now even though I was here first, I am sixth in line. All because the iPad wouldn't register my name.

Every time I go there it is a great happy environment & the staff is so friendly & helpful. Much easier than going to your family doctor appointment for lab work.

Usually quick turnaround for drawing blood, however in late summer of 2022, their mask mandate is outdated and unnecessary.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The internet says they're open until 5, The sign on their door says they're open until 5, I even called to verify that they were open until 5.... Well I left work early to drop of time and temperature sensitive tests, got there at 4:50 and guess what.. THEY WERE CLOSED! It just blows my mind that a Company in the medical field would be so unreliable.
