Close your day at 6am already makes no sense when you get busy in the am and then they started 10 mins early so I can't load my gas card! Then they are rude as can be here! Sad how your store treats your paying customers and without us you close!

Do not go in this store they do not know how properly use caution floor wet signs after mopping. Nothing down had terrible fall. No accident report filled out nothing I had be taken by ambulance. Not good at all.

I have bought 100’s of gift card from this location to hand out to my employees over the last few years and always used my USAA debit card to pay. I was told last time I went in that because of “potential fraud” gift cards could only be purchased using cash. I will not incur an atm withdrawal fee because of your failure in fraud and loss prevention. Never heard that anywhere else in troy when buying gift cards. I will not be returning to this location. Thanks.

I've been coming to this store for almost a year. I work third shift and stop by Circle K every day after work. The brightest part of going there was Melissa making whatever I was in the mood for to order. THAT kind of customer service is very rare. I understand she's been fired, for what I can't even imagine. I won't be coming back to this store again. You lost your best employee and anyone that I hope reads this review. Bad call.......

The management here is terrible! They fired the best employee. Melissa was ALWAYS on top of things,had everything stocked, and was so so sweet. I will not be back.Justice for Melissa!

This place used to be amazing, I used to be greeted by friendly Melissa. Without Melissa here nothing is stocked and everyone misses her. I used to come and buy a drink and snack a few times a week but without her here I won’t be coming back. So many people knew her as the face of circle k. Justice 4 Melissa

Slow slow slow service. Couldn't get the self checkout to work and they wouldn't open a second register, Lady just kept trying to watch the self checkout. Second cashier was tied up with lottery. Took forever!

A very cheerful staff this morning. A very kind, energetic employee talked me into an an excellent apple pie for breakfast. Highly recommend this place, I will stop here more often.

False advertising. Sign did not match the pump. Sign said $3.06 but when I went to pump gas, it charged me $3.12
