Not this location in particular but Chase bank as a whole are crooks and fraudulent stay away from these bank me and my wife had 700 stolen from our accounts from somebody in Texas mind u we live in Ohio and not we are in limbo because Chase called us fraudulent and closed our account without notice and now we have incruied 100.00 in late penalties because we paid bills not knowing our accounts were closed SCREW THIS COMPANY I HOPE U GO UNDER SOME DAYFOR BEING SO FRAGULANT AND SCAMMING OTHER PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!

This Chase Bank is great with their customers. I have to say I was very happy with the way they treated me. There was a very special employee who helped me with opening a new account, and her name is Jenny, a wonderful employee who helped me with all my concerns and questions. Thanks again, Jenny. I definitely recommend this Chase Bank ??

Only Chase bank in Troy and the ATM is NEVER working when I need to withdraw. It’s absolutely ridiculous that a huge banking corporation can’t have a working ATM on site.

I like Chase Bank. We opened a business account at Chase a few years ago because they are all over the US and that was important. However, when we moved here we chose Chase for our personal banking as well - primarily because of the great service we received for the business account. We have the Chase app where we can go look at our account at any time. It's easy to get into and easy to navigate. Now, I'm no youngster in banking having banked at a plethora of banks over the last 50 or so years. Chase gets this 5 out of 5 because they are that good.

This is a small but great Chase branch. Every time I walk in, all the Tellers great you with a wide smile and welcome you, and everyone is always so helpful. I visit here often since I work in Troy and wish the branch where I live was more like this one.
