I've been there a couple of times when a gentleman was working the drive thru. Very nice and cheery, wonderful employee!Went there today to get gas. Went to register that didn't have the closed sign on it and stood there for some time before I was acknowledged. Was told to go to other register and an older woman was doing something with the register, seemed very inconvenienced that I was there. Had to go out to drive thru to ring my purchase. I had inadvertently forgotten to add money to my card and it was declined. The lady was very rude, rolling her eyes at me.I can see why this place always seems so empty now. Perhaps you should learn how to interact with the customers who are keeping your facility in business. I'll make sure I never go there again.

Will never shop here again. Went in to purchase a lottery ticket and apparently they don't accept all American currency. I went to pay with a $5 doller bill from 1967 and the extremely rude and dimwitted cashier looks at it funny. Then she uses the counterfeit pen on it. It passes the counterfeit pen test. Then she proceeds to hold it up to the light to look for the security strip that runs thru modern bills. It obviously doesn't have one because it's from 1967. She then proceeds to go talk to another cashier about it for several moments and comes back to tell me she isn't comfortable taking it. Well if they are too stupid to recognize American currency then they will not be getting any of my money in the future. I'll be going to shell from now on. Danielle the cashier who can't recognize legal currency. Obviously not qualified for a job that a machine can do.

Will never use this drive through again. I was on the phone in my car trying to finish a call! When a mean and grumpy lady told me to drive around and walk in twice. I have been loving your store but not anymore and someone needs to change since there are many other and nicer drive throughs! Stay away town of Troy and go to another small business! Mean mean person and other staff have been great but not this one!

This is a real nice gas station an inconvenience store kirk a Stephanie or nice employees and friendly most of the time that pop is reasonable the beer is always cold the redhead bye the name Oh Sherrie is friendly with all the. Customer especially the younger one
