“Tim is excellent at what he does, and the most honest mechanic I've ever met. He saves all the parts he replaces, so you can see what was wrong with them. I've never had to take my car back there twice to fix a problem. Once it's fixed, it's fixed, and nothing else "suddenly" goes wrong, like I've experienced with some other shops. He doesn't automatically suggest that the problem is the most expensive thing to fix, also like I've experienced with other shops. If all you need is a $20 part, then that's what he fixes. He doesn't cheap out on his parts either. He might be a little bit pricier than other shops, but he's absolutely worth it. I've been going to Tim for a couple of years, and I'll never take my car anywhere else. Also wanted to add that his shop has moved, and he's now at 726 S Walnut St.”

We had been to several dealerships before stopping here and we saw tons of cars that trash thrown inside, glove boxes falling off, and overall terrible taken care of vehicles for the same price. We ended up getting our son a very well taken care of vehicle that was clean and priced perfectly for the car we bought. They didn’t pressure us and gave her a good wash before we left. We will be back in a few years when our daughter needs her first car.”

He changed the MAP sensor, installed a new intercooler for my turbo charger, and welded in a new flex exhaust pipe between the catalytic converter and the exhaust. “Very friendly staff(Update)After picking my navigator up from getting new tires, they told me I had other front-end issues which they explained I needed more front-end work done. I have never gone to a shop that actually was concerned for the safety of not only me but the safety of my family. They got me in a quick as they could and fixed everything that was wrong. Also for all of our safety they asked me to bring it back in 500 miles to retorque the lug nuts and even had me sign a paper for it. I won't go to any other tire place from now on”

“These guys here are absolutely amazing !!!! We have been looking for one of these vans for 2 months . We have ran into several problems with damages and problems getting financed. The hardest thing for us was purchasing a vehicle site unseen and trusting a dealership my husband reached out to these guys through email to a Mr. Justin Smith the next day at 9am he reached out to us and asked if he could help us . After explaining the troubles and road blocks we have received he informed us it wasn't an issue and asked if we found one we were interested in . We let him know which one we were looking at and he had the finance manger Mr. Dan called within the hour . He got us approval , good interest rate and a great warranty and delivery on a 2014 van we live 8 hours away from them . If you are looking to by one I highly recommend Mr justin smith . It is amazing at how well these gentlemen went above and beyond to help us in a matter of 6 hours we had the van bought wish we would have met these guys 2 months would have saved me time and headache thank you guys so much gonna love road trips in my new van !!!!!!!!”
“I am a master certified heavy diesel technician and I have a 2011 Jeep patriot that was acting up and I thought it was the transmission. I took it to Erwin because they fixed the windows in my wifes Journey under a recall. Anyway, 1 hour labor for their technician to tell me it was a clogged catalytic converter. I was skeptical. I took it home and removed the secondary cat and used a video scope to see the inside of both catalytic converters the secondary was clogged with bits of the internal honeycomb of the primary cat. I replaced The cats and the Jeep runs fine... I still am in awe. I really thought it was the transmission. Thank you Erwin for your wonderful and spot on diagnosis.”
