We bought a washing machine at the Loew's in Troy OH on Sunday, March 24th, 2024. We were told that we would be called on Monday, the 25th to schedule a time on Tuesday for the delivery. We were also told that we would be called Tuesday before the delivery. We received NO CALL on Monday OR Tuesday. Finally on Tuesday afternoon, there was a knock on the door and our washer had arrived. However, the service guy took a 1 second look and told us he couldn't install the washer because the outlet would need an electrician to work on it first. Without an explanation, the service man left and took our washer with him. There is NOTHING WRONG with the outlet, but now Loew's says they can't deliver our washer until April 2nd. Our many phone calls to the store were met with many regrets, many phone transfers, many "on holds," but no help. Payton, the original salesman was very polite, but he couldn't help us either. I don't like to say "Never," but it will be a long time before we buy another appliance from Loew's. Yours truly from a mountain of dirty clothes, Carol Kearney, Troy OH

i bought $100 Lows gift card from Kroger, next day (Jan 21)tried to buy some piping from Lowe's they asked the pin# I scratched off may be card was too old Number came out not even manager could help, called costumer service and it was answering machine, I paid with my visa cars. and could not get any live help and got disconnected many times they told me go back to Kroger. they weren't help either and wouldn't exchange the card because it was scratched. nice gentleman told me not sure but it might be 0097. It worked and showed $100. Today March 24 I wanted to buy some fruit fertilizer it show $0 and the card has never been used. never going back to Lowe's again worse place I have ever shopped. save your money, maybe issue had been resolved if they weren't so cheep to hire a live costumer service.

Did Lowe's just scammed me?? I am saddening that I must give my favorite lumber store a bad rating. I've always preferred Lowe's over Home Depot but due to this incident I will most likely switch depending on the outcome. I shouldn't let one rotten apple ruin the good experiences I experienced at Lowe's. Lowes sent me an email stating that I've been up graded to a Silver Key status which includes several perks such as free shipping. I decided to try the free shipping since I needed a couple of bundles of insulation to complete my basement project. As I proceeded to check out there was no shipping cost to my order. But the day of the schedule delivery Lowes sent an email for the items purchased and they included a $80 (79.99) shipping fee and an open window for delivery between 1-6pm. I called the customer service regarding this delivery fee and she was polite and tried to help and get it resolved and the only thing she could come up with was that it was free shipping not delivery....??, the promotion email did not state anything of a difference between shipping and delivery. The customer service rep transferred me to her supervisor whom was not professional at all. He stated the same thing that it's for shipping and not delivery (then the items should have been shipped), he wouldn't take the fee off, he wouldn't cancel the order and he wouldn't give me the name or phone number of his supervisor. I ask him did I just get scammed by Lowes because I have the promo email stating all the perks and they are not honoring it. After the stressful phone conversation with a person who should not be in the position that he's in (customer services) I checked my Lowes account and 3 charges on my account. One on the day I placed the online order which was more then what I ordered and two other charges on the day that I called and complained about the shipping fee charge. Both charges also exceeded that dollar amount that I should have been charged. I had to call Synchrony bank (in charge of Lowes credit card) to report fraudulent charges. This issue is still being investigated but I wanted to share this horrific episode I'm going through. Has anyone else experienced issues like this with Lowes?

Lowe’s used to be my favorite place to go until 5 years ago there was a paint issue. Store manager would come talk to me just offered a 10% discount ?The paint manger took care of me once she came in. I haven’t been back until last month, what was I thinking? This past November I wanted a dishwasher, today is December 21 and I was just contacted by the installer and said they would be in Jan 5, 2024 ??♀️??I will never go back to Trotwood Lowe’s again.
