The lady at the front register in the store in Trotwood is very nasty unfriendly and mean. I refuse to shop inside that store anymore because I will not be giving my money to a store that allow this kind of behavior. When you work with the public, you have to be friendly And courteous and respect people, the way you would want to be respected.

I was in the store to get a gift card CVS this was awful, please train your clerk to know how to do a gift card. It was a sad situation this lady ask for my driver license, for a gift card are you kidding me.She tells me I had to pay with cash, I said no, I do not and she said yes, then ask me if the card I was using, if it was my bank card, what difference did it make if it was a credit card??If the person doesn't know, it does not hurt to ask for help. I had to call another clerk over to help the lady, and she still kept saying she knew what to do and she did not.I have shop at CVS for years and this is the first time it was this awful.

Pharmacists will give you conflicting information or downright lie to you about the status of prescriptions. Often the people working the phones won't listen to you when you call and explain issues to them. Very frustrating.

If I could give this CVS in Trotwood a negative star I would. We don't have a variety of pharmacies in our area, so you're stuck with these people. I have to say the Tech's are outstanding, the Pharmacist is a moron and has no knowledge of her job. I can't even count how many times I have gone through or called and a Tech will tell me a prescription will be ready to fill the next day and I call the next day and the Pharmacist tells me that, either there is no prescription or it's not ready. I have on many of these exchanges spoken with a pharmacy Tech and the order is found and filled with no issue, I don't know why it's such a hassle every time. I'm just going to switch to Meijer. Its no wonder they have started closing at 7:00pm gone for lunch 1:30-2:30, and they are completely closed every Saturday and Sunday. My doctor made adjustments in the dates so I could have my medication when I need it. I am a recent amputee, wouldn't you think they would follow my doctors instructions on the prescription, he is the doctor, he knows that I need the medication.

Omg this pharmacy is ridiculous. My sons doctor faxed prescriptions over on a Wednesday. 4 days later still don't have them. Drive thru is ridiculous im in line with 4 other cars they take 2 then close for lunch are you kidding me.
