Muffler Brothers beavercreek we have bought a transmission it was bad send another tranny it was bad the third training had it programmed everything put more money in it never made no money on the job they're the worst junkyard for buying parts that I've I would not buy nothing from here and never again

I was sold the wrong part and they wouldn't issue me a refund. Told me it was the part I ordered, but I didn't order anything. I gave them my VIN so they could confirm it was what I needed. I clearly didn't know and thought it was their business to have some expertise. My mechanic took one look at it and said, "Take it back, it won't fit. She kept telling me that it says on my receipt "as is no warranty". She clearly has no clue this doesn't mean I'm not entitled to a refund for the wrong part. I wasn't trying to make a warranty claim, there wasn't anything wrong with the part other than it wasn't the correct one. I hate giving this company good advise, but the terms they need to get familiar with are "All sales are final", "No refunds or exchanges... for whatever reason... blah, blah, blah."

Amazing customer service the woman who answers the phone is so sweet kind and helpful I always hang up the phone with a smile on my face rather they have the part I'm looking for or not. I've gotten down to a Cadillac motor even car fenders and everything has been exactly what they said it was. Thanks

make sure you're getting the right part they do not guarantee the part to be right even though they said it was the right part there is no returns at this place it was their mistake and giving me the wrong part

called ahead asking for a couple parts, they send me pictures, showed me the car the parts came off of, and were very friendly before i even got there. i got a radiator for my 2010 charger and it works like new. will def come back again.
