Friendly staff, easy docks to back into, overnight parking allowed at the drop lot down the street. They will load early if product is ready.

Don’t waist your time going in early, just sit in the bullpen and go check in one hour before appointment. If you check in any earlier than that you risk getting your truck hit the waiting area inside is too tight

Brewery opens at 15:00; can start lining up at 14:30, Overflow lot is a nasty, muddy, pothole filled mess. Lots of poorly parked dropped trailers wasting space. I wouldn't count on available space several hours before 15:00.Waiting spaces small (like most dropyards). Of it's too tight you can take another space. Spotters find you by trailer number, not space number.Check in process at gate quick.

I was at Dock 9. Mark Cobb was very efficient, got us in and out very quickly and made sure our trailer was clean when we left. Looking forward to going back.Keith Huskey

Been here a few times now, last 4 or so for live loads, and never really had a problem. Most of the check in guards are friendly, helpful and explain what you need to do. If you work for a company (Schneider, PTI, Swift etc), and you're picking up for a broker, just make sure you have broker name and delivery location as they do need this info when you're checking in. Also need at least 2 straps/load bars. You also need your drivers licence too for checking out.Location is easy to get to, and there is a bullpen where you can take your time off if needed, which is really handy. Loading times I've had have always been pretty quick - never been here for longer than about 2hrs from moment of arrival to departing.Personally, I don't mind coming here.

What a pleasant surprise! Everyone is very friendly and nice. They are open 24/7, so, you can check in and wait as early as you want. Of course, bring food if you are extra early just in case.Check in: either two right lanes work. Pull up on the scale, go get checked in. The pu number is 118xxxx. BRING YOUR LICENSE.Once checked in, proceed to Inspection Station... It's about 400 feet to the right of the gate. (don't be a swift driver... Turn right, immediately left and just straighten out to your right and back... Also open doors right after you checked in). Forget about the paperwork they gave, pnce the bulkheads are loaded, you get a green light. Pull out and go to your Left.... My advice close the doors if you are dead set on parking in the right number spot...All the way to your left, at the very end is where you turn right and.... Well, you probably are looking for the right number to park at? Don't bother. Park... Tiny tiny spots... Maybe a foot between trucks if you park really in the center. Plus, if your doors of the guy next to you has doors open... It is unpleasant. Just park where you won't hit anyone, the yard guy already has your truck and trailer number... He isn't looking what spot your in - just your truck number. The yard guy will come and get you. Go to the dock. On second green, pull out and go back to the gate.... Again, don't be a swift driver, pull off to the side aftrr you had made the right turn past where you were parked... Then secure, slide tandems and get in line.My waiting time was about 20 min, loading took 20 min.... But the line to get out took about 40-60 min. You get what I'm saying? Someone always thinks it's clever to park right as they get out of the dock, holding up guys parking in the waiting area and those of us trying to get out... Don't... Swift...Anyway, the scale ticket has axle weights. The girl checking you out needs you License and State where you are going. Also, she is very very cute.
