“Have been very good since before the changeover. One girl has worked there for a very long time and is always excellent. In my last pickup a new girl was there and she was there the week before. When she saw I was behind someone, she stopped her work on some shirts and came to take care of me. Very kind and sincere. Do not know her name but she looks to be working hard, has a good "pace" and is customer focused. Need to hang onto her as finding good working people with customer service stills are very hard to find these days.”

“I came after stopping at a more modernly equipped facility down the road. I must agree with another post that I like this one better. The prices are very reasonable and washers and dryers work well. The owner came in and gave multifunctional ink pens to everyone. The facility was clean and organized. Great 80s/90's music playing on the radio (my era). I would suggest that the ownership do a little updating, such as adding some electrical outlets that the customers can use. In today's age, people use laptops, cellphones, ect, and it would be a convenience for them while waiting on their laundry. And possibly add a television. Overall a good experience”
“I go here once a week. I feel safe and very comfortable. The people who own this, are truly amazing. I love that there is always someone there on site. My clothes get super clean and dry very fast at an affordable price too. just a shout out to let you all know Brookwood Laundromat is the place to go..”

“I’m a 21 year old who had never been to a laundromat before and I have to say I wasn’t disappointed. I was instantly greeted and pegged as a “newcomer” and Lisa, (one of the workers there) was INSANELY welcoming and helpful. The vibes here were great, everything was super clean, easy to understand, and welcoming and I will 100% be doing my laundry here from now on! I’m also excited to try their car wash at some point!”
“When I go to the laundry mat this is where I go. I do not have to load my money on one of their cards to use the machines. Any time I've had an issue they have numbers you can call to get in touch. They have always resolved any issues I've had. It's an all night laundry mat. Which is great for me since I'm a third shift worker and stay up all night. They do not have 24 for personnel so the store can get messy. But they do have workers that cone in for clean up several times a day.”

“I love that it's not far from where I stay, and that it has nice big machines, but I'm disappointed that the regular machines are priced so high. But over all it's an excellent place to wash my clothes!”
“Nice clean laundromat. If you wash clothes there, dryers are free. If you wash at home, you can dry for $1.25.I only saw one worker there, who was constantly cleaning. He is nice enough but his English is difficult to understand due to a very strong southeast asian accent. Not sure where he is from but a good guy.”
“Subtracting a star due to prices to wash. Came here bc it's open 24 hr but it was $9.25 just to WASH my comforter. As for drying, had to come back in every 30-40 mins to flip cover & add quarters. My dryer would only take 6-8 coins at a time & kept remaining coins. Surfaces were clean (odd smell inside is a given @ any laundromat). That being said, it did a good job cleaning”

“Place is very clean, doesn't look like the picture provided. I've been going here for years. More when I lived right down the street in the apartments. New owners have since taken over. There have been machines replaced, they work great. I have 2 huge comforters I can only wash at laundromat. Great place”
