HORRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATIONS.
There was a mistake on my 2022 taxes and they never let me know after filing. I went to them this year to correct and found the mistake. After I spoke with them they never contacted me back to let me know it was taken care of or anything. I have made several calls and attempts to contact, only to find out they are now closed for the summer.

I visited the H&R Block in Trenton, Ohio on April 17th. Kelly is the specialist for small business tax preparation. I couldn't have asked for a nicer, more knowledgeable person to do the job. She was very efficient, knew her job inside and out, and her work far exceeded my expectations. Kelly has this new customer for life!
