I am leaving this review because my grandmother had purchased a Philly cheesesteak pizza from the Trenton Ohio lactation and once she picked it up it was burnt. She had already left and called to notify them what had happened. Lisa told her that she could make her a new one so she went to do the exchange. Christian (night shift manager) was extremely rude and would not remake the pizza and told my grandmother that Lisa was going to get written up for this. I have looked up the policy and any pizza not up to satisfaction can be remade FREE OF CHARGE if uneaten and within 2 hours. This was not the case, she called me upset so I called the Trenton location in which Christian proceeded to argue with me back and forth and let me know that he didn’t care about how distasteful his service was. I am disappointed with how the Trenton location has changed and the assistant manager has treated the customers and their staff this way. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I am a loyal customer to this specific location and I will no longer do business there as long as Christian still works there. I will be contacting candy directly as I feel he will also cause issues along the way with other returning customers. This is bad for your business dominos!

Doesn't deserve a one star! This place is terrible. We gave it a second chance, but it failed!! Ordered a chicken parmasan sandwich and guess what, there was literally a tiny bit of chicken. And ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta and hardly any Alfredo sauce. It was very dry just like the last time we ordered. I guess Its cheap for a reason. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! We will never eat here again!

Always fast and affordable. I can’t have dairy, so I get a pizza with no cheese and they are great about making my order correctly. We love this location! My family gets a normal pizza with cheese and they love it!

If I could give it an absolute zero star rating I would. I ordered my food was told it would be here in 30 minutes after waiting an hour I had to call them back for them to tell me that my food hadn't even been made yet and it was going to be another hour. It is absolutely ridiculous and now I have to wait to get my money put back on my card for food they never made.

The tracking said it was here but it wasn’t so I reported it to the insurance thing and then they pulled up like a minute later

Ordered the other night did not bring 2 liter nor 4 dipping sauce and u know they cost. 2 days later did not put a lick of sauce on 2 hoagies I stay 4 min down street Samantha said she would bring back. She did not. I called them they answered and sat on phone then hung up. Terrible service and driver wonder why they don’t get tip. Restaurants are expensive give us what we order and pay for. Plus delivery is almost 5 dollars and to get this bad service is crazy to me.

This place needs to go out of business! When the manager has the most incompetent person handing orders out the drive-through pickup window to the wrong person, then acting like it is no big deal what they have done.
When your employee steal from your customers, you should fire them on the spot.

Had to pay more for a pizza than I ever had to pay before. They must have raised there prices. Don't think I will go back. Restaurant was clean Just think I went to it on the wrong day.

Horrible experience picking up 1 large pizza at drive thru today. Totally ignored for 10 minutes then 3 different people asked my name, I showed them my order on my phone, it was Chaos excuse, after excuse system messed up, can't find the pizza, orders all mixed up... at 20 minutes 4
Cars were behind me, I wouldn't pull to the side as it would've been 20 more minutes or longer. I asked them nicely to just remake it. Acknowledge the situation at least, SOMETHING! Manager wouldn't come to window, another team lead did... She found it in 1minute. They had the wrong name up on the screen & to the man In the white jeep behind me flipping me off who was so beyond rude and hateful shame on you... I wasnt the problem, for the ineptness of the 12 people in this domino's who didn't care about a guest who was just there to pick up a pizza that their system said was ready & paid for? Isn't that what you do at Domino's? Make pizza for guests???
Lived in Trenton almost 30 years, spent lots of $$$ here... No more!!

Usually I have no problems with this Dominos, however tonight seemed a little different. I had ordered a philly cheese steak sandwich (no mushrooms) and an order of cinnamon bread twists. Everything was ok until the order came out of the oven and was being double-checked for perfection at 9:37pm. I kept waiting for the tracker to let me know when my order was on its way. At 10:09pm (32 min. later) it was finally coming. When I opened the box to get the sandwich, it hadn’t been cut in half like usual, and when I took a bite, I was wondering what happened to the meat. All I was eating besides the bun was cheese, onions, and green peppers. I did find meat on the sandwich, but it mostly consisted of cheese. Either someone wasn’t paying attention during the perfection check or I just got cheated out of the steak part of the sandwich. I’m hoping this is a one-time occurrence. EDIT!!: This was a 1-time thing, I found out that their system was screwing up most (if not all) orders, and I haven’t had any problems since. (And I am a once a week, sometimes twice a week customer!). Great job to Dominos!
