I've never had a problem with the service at the Toronto post office since moving here in 2017. I mail letters, packages, and certified mail, mainly to Hawaii, Colorado, and Oregon. The lady who delivers mail to my house on county Rd 47 provides excellent and friendly service for my wife and me.

2023, don't get all our mail. I never get (mail) papers saying I need an interview for some place and then they cut us off and I never knew I was supposed to do an interview. Lost three boxes from someone in the mail sent in 2022 two different times and they said they weren't able to track it. Something is fishy inside Toronto post office. I hope they get fixed.

Nothing but good experiences with Toronto USPS.
I moved and forgot to have mail forwarded, and one of the carriers put a change of address kit in my mailbox with a note. Thank you so much

I mail items daily in Toronto and I have nothing but great things to say about the service and all of the folks that I interact with there. Prompt, knowledgeable & friendly service all the time.

Need to post phone number not the automated machine it doesn’t even understand what I’m saying and been trying for over an hour just to get on the phone with someone there

About the only service provided there is buying stamps. I went to get paperwork for a passport and was sent to Steubenville. You know because having a stack of paper laying around....

Mess of lazy assholes, they retire. Then get rehired. Double dipping. Then they hire their relatives to work there. Chain smoking. Mail stinks, when it is delivered , 1/2 time isn't. No internal auditing. This is what Government was meant to be! Did you know if a Gov employee does get time off for misconduct, they automatically get paid, no matter what! Once they double dip, with benefits they are making about $100 / hour, at a cushy gov job! Not bad hmmmm? Do you make that much
