Dropped off a new tractor tire plus the old wheel and tire for nothing but mounting. This was a Friday afternoon around 1:00 p.m.. ask the owner if it would be done today. He said he didn't know. Called him back around 4:00 p.m. he said he still doesn't know and he only works in the office. That was the owner and I don't care if he is just working in the office. If you can't do a job, just tell somebody you can't do the job. There's no reason to screw around with waste their time. I would not recommend this place. I will not go back to this place. There are better places.

Took the car in for new Rack opinion, got it back and was not holding fluid. Took it back charged a 20 dollar fee for inspection on the car they just worked on, didn't give any detail why it leaked, drove an hour an half hose came off I look on hose someone there put a socket bit on broken pipe and peieced it together. I took tge car To Herbs to get it correctly fix, B and w are scam con artists. They gave me one solid price to do the job with Alignment also ended up adding more and more money for no reason I will never do business with this company again, caused me to loose a good paying job to support my wife and 2 kids and one more on the way, we could of been really hurt. Please do not use this company go to Herbs auto he is a great Mechanic in Toronto ohio.
