These guys did a great job and they’re good people. Their owner Al is the kind of guy you’d like to have as a friend. They are a very capable outfit and should be your first choice! I am 66 years old and been to a lot of auto service places. Here the job is done right and it’s fairly priced!

Z-One did an amazing job with the bed-liner and undercoating of my truck. They clearly taped everything off, didn’t get even a smudge of the material on my bed LED lights or cargo 120v outlet. Taking my truck back to get more work done. Thank you guys so much!

About a year ago, I had a tonneau installed on my wife's truck at Z-one. Good product, no installation problems. Satisfied. This past fall, I bought a new truck, got the same tonneau. They stripped out a screw hole in the bracket. Was asked first time to come back next day, they were busy. When I did, the guy there blew me off, he wanted to eat lunch. When I went there 3rd time, they had a "big project". Decided to try and fix it myself, which is what I did. Thx to that, I won't be returning there for anything. Service still counts.

Called in to check on coating a speaker box. I had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew. While I didn't end up taking my box to them to coat the box I would without a doubt go to them in the future. Their prices were very reasonable and Andrew, not being your average employee, answering the phone had me feeling it was necessary to write this review. During this covid phase even average customer service has gone out the window. Kudos on y'all for not prescribing to this ideal.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING MY DAUGHTERS JEEP LIGHT FOR HER!! GOT US IN THE SAME DAY AND STAYED LIGHT SO SHE COULD PICK THE JEEP UP THAT NIGHT!! YOU GUYS DID A GREAT JOB!! SHE IS ONE HAPPY LITTLE GIRL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Scheduled an appointment for 9am to have headlight and tail light tint done. Installer wasn't there because he had a doctors appointment. Was told he was on the way around 9:10 and I was left waiting in the showroom until 10am with no sign of anybody besides the guy working on the bedliners. After waiting for over an hour with no explanation I got up and left. That to me is terrible customer service. Having a customer wait in your showroom for an hour when he had a scheduled appointment is a little ridiculous.
