Great experience at Yark Nissan. Took my 2021 Rogue in for two recalls. Upon arrival they had a loaner Rogue ready for my use and were able to get my car back by the end of the day. Got a short video from the mechanic (Kevin?) showing the work that was done. Shop and showroom were neat and clean. Service from Noah and the team was quick and efficient. Thanks

One star is generous for their pathetic service department. Just read the reviews and AVOID this place. They don't like to do warranty work especially if you purchased your Nissan at another dealership (which I did). Front sensor came loose and either fell out or fell in. They tried to tell me a rock hit it, even though there are no scratches, scuffs or anything that would remotely indicate that a rock hit it. They are either too incompetent to perform such a minor fix OR they don't want to do warranty work because they can't take you for a bunch of $$$. Do not waste your time, like I did, by taking your vehicle to Yark Nissan for any type of work. This was not my first bad experience with either their service department or the shady salespeople they have working there, but it's certainly my last time dealing with any Yark dealership. I would recommend you go to Reinke in Lima or Thayer in BG. Both of these dealerships genuinely care about the customer. AVOID YARK!

I had my battery replaced. Everyone told me to avoid going to the dealer because it's more expensive. But the drive thru service and business hours made it convenient for me. I compared the price to the top of the line Costco option, and it was the same both places. The installation cost was fair and reasonable. I was out of there in about an hour. Overall, I'm pleased with my decision to go to Yark Nisson.

David has been our "go to" guy in the Service Department at Yark Nissan for a very long time. He is ALWAYS professional, kind, and attentive. Alex was great to work with! We ended up walking in 10 minutes before closed, thinking we weren't going to do much but Alex still took his time with us and we scheduled a time to come back the next day to finalize everything! This was the first time ever expercing nissan and Yark and would recommend!
The entire team has been great, even post sale, there has been check in asking how everything is going. The entire process was painless and everyone was knowledgeable thay we interacted with!
