Would not recommend Yark Ford services to anyone. We bought our car from Ford a few years back and try to use there service department when we can, however multiple times we have been there the customer service has been awful. We dropped our car off on Tuesday to have a leak looked at and they couldn’t tell us how long they thought it would take-which is fine. However, I texted the service app and my husband called and left a message to get a timeline after the car had already been there for 5 hours. No call or text back that day. We just needed an update so we could schedule our jobs since we only had one car to use at this point. They finally texted back the NEXT day! Overall, wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

They do an excellent job In getting the service scheduled and completed. All the work was satisfactory and the service guys are great to work with. I do have one issue and will be contacting them soon.Services: Tires

I was told that the service may take 1and 1/2 hours
to 2 hours how ever my car was ready in
30 minutes ??
The man that checked me in was Super friendly.?
