I have enjoyed being a Woodforest custom since this branch opened in this store. I can’t tell you how wonderful it’s been using this branch. Customer service here is just above and beyond expected. Though I have been happy with every teller and manager that has helped me, Zachary Terroy has always been above and beyond the meaning of helpful. He is both knowledgeable and has excellent customer service skills. It is really a pleasure to do business here and even better when he helps you.

I had an issue with my debit card and the branch at central and holland Sylvania Walmart. Helena Garret fielded my phone call and put me at ease immediately. When I reached the branch the whole staff was engaging and had an amazing energy about them. All willing to help and make me feel like their only customer!! I will recommend this branch for the best branch in the city based on this experience!! If you’re not banking here you’re being short changed.

I have been standing here for 12 minutes. Bank opens at 10am (as per the signage and the website). You have 2 employees just socializing when the bank should be open and then when they finally do walk up, the one walks right by me and the other two people in line and says nothing. Then the other one comes strolling up and says it will be at least another 15 minutes before they can help anyone. If you don't open until 1039am, don't say you open at 10am! It's Friday and I have places to be as do other people!! Horrible customer service.

So your telling me you closed my account over $13.00. Didn't even notify me. And the only reason I find out is because I go online to get my account number so I can make a deposit just to see its closed. Like really??? So I call your 800 number to find out why just to be told" I don't know why your account was closed. All I see is a negative $13 dollars on your account and that it was closed.you have to go into the branch to find out why"THEN WHY DO YOU HAVE A 800 NUMBER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS IF THEY DONT KNOW SQUAT.?? THATS FINE..IM NOT WAISTING MY GAS . I SEE WHY YOU HAVE A 3.6 RATING AND I HOPE MY 1 STAR DROPS IT DOWN EVEN MORE. ILL BE BANKING ELSEWHERE. FROM NOW ON.

I recently opened up a Checking ACCT# and I'm very pleased.. Staff is very nice every time u go there you never have to wait very long to see a Teller. Awesome Location inside of WALMART....Aand bankimg

This place is GREAT! The staff are very professional and recently when I had a bogus $80 charge on my card Cassandra (The branch manager) and one of the tellers named Krystal not only disputed and reversed the charges for me but they also had a new debit card printed out in store within 2 minutes! Thank you!
