I would give zero stars if it was an option. Came here for a homecoming dress for my daughter. Daughter found the dress she wanted, went to check out. The dress was $42.99 swipe my card and it says enter pin so I enter my pin it then says confirm purchase of $3,000 so I press no. The worker says oh my gosh I don’t know why it said that. So this then repeats 3 times. Until she says you can just pay with cash. So I then pay with cash. She THEN tells me that their credit card receipt paper is out. So at this point I have no proof I purchased the dress or proof of the previous three transactions. So i decide to check my bank account while still there. I see that 3 transactions of $42.99 are cleared from my account. At this point there is a line behind me and this is getting embarrassing and uncalled for. I ask for my refund and am told that it will clear to my account in the next w few days because it was a Saturday. Fast forward now to a month later and multiple calls to the store, to the corporate store and to my bank. I STILL don’t have my money back. It’s not even about the money anymore truthfully it’s about the fact that I was wrongfully charged for those transactions and I deserve my money back. I’ll never shop here again.

This place is crazy. They have you standing in line while a person named Erin stands there with his hand on his hip and gives you rules on how to act in the store and you get a time limit??? Ridiculous! Definitely not spending any money here, really woke like a joke.

Took our daughter their for a homecoming dress. Selection was good, but the place was swamped and their was really no staff to answer questions or help find things.

I rarely leave bad reviews.Todays the exception.It’s busy. I understand.We drove more than an hour, specifically for this store, to find a home coming dress.Same thing 99% of the other shoppers were there for. We came last week, but the entire mall was closed.So second trip. Stores busy. I get it. The worker, had a dress in their hand… my daughter wanted that dress but was looking for a size not on the rack. I asked “I’m sorry to bombard you, but could I get that dress”THE LOOK was as if I asked for some unreasonable task. A coworker standing near, rolled their eyes and smirked loudly, again, like I asked for some unreasonable thing. Guess which dress we are leaving with??Now while checking out, I stood in what appeared to be a line, but I was wrong.Same employee, that has the dress, RUDELY informed me that “that’s not the line”.Smh. If my daughter would shop any where else, I promise I would have never spent my money there today. Great store. Bad experience.

would give 0 stars if i could, the transgender woman was very rude for no reason. we asked to hold a dress for an hour so we could look at dillards and she said “um no we don’t do that” which that’s okay but she had a very snotty attitude when she said it. i had tried on a dress prior to getting in line again and couldn’t decide between two. my grandma was holding the other one and we asked if we could try it on again to compare the two i liked. mind you, 6 dresses are allowed at once and i had 3. we asked if i could try the first one i liked and she said with a VERY rude attitude “no you’re going to have to wait in line just like everybody else” and walked away. Absolutely no reason to be so disrespectful and bitter to customers.

The salesperson was very polite but failed to mention that an item that I purchased was nonreturnable nor exchangeable. This is something that should be mentioned about anything that you purchase in the store. I generally don't shop there and was unaware of the return policy. Also, I asked about the return policy on a particular item but nothing was mentioned about the other item that I purchased. So they need to make sure that they tell all their customers what items are nonrefundable!

Every single time I come in the store I have a problem with the same lady she doesn’t know what she’s doing she don’t need to be working here she literally have me waiting for over 20 minutes at the register so she can figure some things out but she expressed that she was unfamiliar with the third-party machine and that there was nothing she could do to help me after my card was charged $81 she ended up issuing a refund but who knows how long that will be before I get it back. Her name is Ericka she is very rude she didn’t care if my issue was solved as a customer of over 20 year I HAVE NEVER HAD TO DEAL WITH SUCH NASTY ATTITUDE. I had planned on purchasing a item for an event I had the very next day and look what happens the whole order cancelled huge Inconvenience for me I had to work later the same night so I would not have time to stay at the mall as well as work in the morning so I will not have time to come back and find me an outfit this experience was a huge disaster every time I come there she ruins my experience for this great store which I’ve been shopping at for so long it would be easier to order online but sometimes I have to come in and try things on due to my body size I really really hope this problem to get resolved immediately and IWould like to see her terminated due to the fact this happened right before the holidays as well the same issue the day before Thanksgiving when I came into the store again she is really inconveniencing me and she don’t care about no one time I cannot have this happen for a third time in a row

literally just trying on a dress and showing my friend and the woman working said “not trying to rush you ladies but there’s a line forming so let’s pick it up a bit” and had a passive aggressive tone to her voice and gave rude looks and it was very frustrating. wouldn’t recommend this store, and wouldn’t bother wasting time in there. rude worker for literally no reason.

The absolute rudest workers on Black Friday store was supposed to open at 9am and did not I called after 9am and asked when it would open and was told I was rude for calling and he had been their since 6am and they wouldn’t be opening for a while. There were at least 3 employees standing around at the front counter trying on clothes- scarves and just looking at the customers standing outside the store at 9:15am. Very disappointed in the way I was talked to - extremely rude. An employee came to the door and told us we were all rude for standing there and calling the store and told us to shop somewhere else if we didn’t like that they weren’t opening. We left along with several other customers. Sad that Employees think they can treat people this way.

i was just at a windsor store where the sign on the door said they would open at 9 on black friday. its now 9:17 and one person has come out and harrassed the customers waiting for the doors to unlock meanwhile its 17 mins after theyre supposed to open. extremely rude staff. will never shop here again

The employees are very rude. I called to see if they had a couple of shoes in stock, the person who answered the phone was short and seemed annoyed. They didn't even tell me if there was anything else they could help me with and didn't tell me to have a good day and just hung up. I won't be shopping there again.
