What an incredible auto shop. They are loyal, honest, have integrity, and character. We originally thought we would need a new alternator. It turns out it was just a belt and a much less expensive fix. A lot of places would have still replaced the alternator and made more money. But Walz blew us away by being honest and just charging for what was actually wrong. What a blessing. We will be returning clients forever and will send all referrals we can. In an industry that’s known for distrust and rip offs- we are SO glad to have found a safe & trustworthy car shop. No one else compares! THANK YOU

Been coming here since I moved to Toledo. Thankfully I have never needed any major repairs on my car and my experience with Walz Automotive is only with oil changes. But so far I have nothing bad to say, it seems like a well run shop and it works smoothly.

First off, let me say there is no business better than a business ran by Jeff ???? himself. This shop is Bar none hands-down the best shop in the city of Toledo and I’m familiar personally with many shops around the city. If it’s automotive work, call Jeff ????.
I’ve taken him more vehicles than anyone, but him could keep track of and he hasn’t missed a single time. Never fails to deliver exactly what you needed. Not just what you want.

5 stars all around. Service, Pricing and quality of work done!I walked in at 730am on a Wednesday thinking it might be a few days to a week until they could get me in with how most shops are and how busy they get, nope, they told me to drop it off for a few hours and it would be done the same day.I needed a front end alignment and oil change. They called to let me know what needed done(4 wheel alignment) and that the oil change was done. This was all done by 3pm, same day!The pricing was the best around but I can’t praise this business enough on their professional manner and honesty about the work needing done.You’ve gained a customer for life.Thank you!Services: Wheel alignment
