  Prescriptions ARE NEVER ready on time! This is definitely my last refill at Walgreens. They are just as bad as CVS on Monroe and Douglas.

  You can't hardly speak to anyone in the pharmacy. My mother's doctor called to change her prescription and they hung up on her. The drive thru window line is very long. They're very unprofessional.That's why I left this pharmacy.

  There pharmacy needs serious customer service skill training and they have so many people behind there to where if managed correctly. Majority just no urgency no purpose just walking aimlessly around some that are actually working!! Sad to be honest I miss rite aid 😭😢

  I was visiting my family in Toledo and I had the worse experience I have ever had I my life. I thought someone was filming an episode of punked. An employee (Feras) that I later found out was the manager was so rude that we had to be helped by the nice employee at the camera department (she proceeded to tell him that he is wrong for talking to the customers the way that he does). He proceeded to curse at me and disappeared into the back room.

  Overcharged last two times I was there. Out if sale items with buy one get half off second. There really isn’t a sale when they only have one in stock

  We got in line for the registers, and waited for someone to show up and ring us up. There was a long line at photo and two people working the photo counter. Someone went to photo and asked where the clerk running the registers at the front was, and was told nobody was working them, but there was no indication that the registers were closed. This happened at another Walgreens store a few weeks ago. I am never shopping Walgreens again.

  If no stars where an option i would click it. Pharmacy is absolute train wreck which you will notice visually as soon as you walk up to it. Prescriptions and medication boxes thrown everywhere. Don't try to call unless you have half a day to wait on hold. Thinking about online yeah forget that too, on a prescription that is controlled to say the least the date in which it is picked up is very important. Thought i would go online to try to fill it, get a confirmation email that it will be ready in two days at 10am. Get there that evening only to be told, oh we don’t have that it’s on nation back order no idea when we will get it. Offered no help, no advise, i asked so there’s no way to know when you will get it or when you have it i just have to keep checking back?????? Mean while the pharmacist could care less as she just sat there on her phone scrolling social media, after 15 mins or trying to find out a solution to be told i could ask my doctor for a lower dosage and they currently have that one. There is no care, no support, no customer service, no communication as i received nothing via call, text, or email that it could not be filled or wasn’t filled. I am so disgusted with how this was handled or not handled i will stop at nothing shy of every review and complaint i can in hopes this prevents someone from experiencing this neglect. Choose a different pharmacy and company DO NOT USE Walgreens/avoid at all costs! Especially the Walgreens in Toledo Ohio on Reynolds road! STORE # 5323 !!!!!!

  The pharmacy area is so unprofessional & lacks privacy!! They call 4 people up at a time to stand at a small counter (pretty much side by side) asking for address and last name all whilst speaking loudly!!! Saying prescription names loudly that an individual is there to pick up!!! With the times we live in this is VERY DANGEROUS!!! They've breached your privacy &when I spoke up about it- they give me attitude-REALLY!!!
  I will NEVER use them again!! SO IF U DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR ADDRESS/PRESCRIPTION/LAST NAME BEING VERBALLY DELIVERED TO WHOMEVER IS IN A MILE RADIUS this is your place!!!

  Never using this store again. I went to pick up photos and they told me I had the wrong store. I said I have an email confirmation for this store and manager told me I was being “mean”. 5 minutes later my pictures were found in the wrong bin, no apologies. I told them to not call customers mean and both staff started yelling at me that I was rude and to get out of the store. I’ve never experienced such a disgusting treatment in a store. Ever. Will never be going to Walgreens again.

  Absolutely awful experience. 6 people working at the pharmacy but no one can answer the phone all day. When I decided to come in to try and refill prescriptions is takes over 20 minutes just to get order started. Never thought I would miss rite aid
