Very incompetent pharmacy.... Sat in drive thru for 25 minutes. The female at the drive thru was slow and not to mention... I don't think she could see due to her extremely long fake eyelashes. Also went inside to use kiosk, had to wait for another 30 minutes due to only one kiosk working. Person ahead of me was printing an extremely large amount of pictures. When there is only one kiosk working, they should limit the amount of pictures you can print out and also put a time limit on it.... I don't understand why I am complaining because NOTHING ever gets done!!

Very poor experience I waited 25 min in line just to drop off a script for them to tell me that it wouldn't be ready for at least 2 hrs. What a joke!

Walgreens should pay their staff and treat them better to avoid long customer lines and having to wait almost two hours on hold to speak to a pharmacist. I'll be moving to a different pharmacy as soon as possible.

I decided to transfer my scripts from Kroger to the Walgreens on Secor and Alexis, BIG MISTAKE!! That store has had every reason in the book for the pharmacy to be closed or closing early or the drive thru phone is broke. Well this time the straw that broke the camels back my husband had hernia surgery this morning (3 of them to be exact), the doctor called in a script for pain I called Walgreens when we left the hospital to make sure the script was ready and low and behold they were closed at 3:30 in the afternoon on a Friday. The clencher is they knew they would be closing at 3:00 but did not bother to tell the doctor they would be closing early and now I cannot get the script before Monday because it is a controlled substance and they won't transfer to one of their other stores. I will be finding another pharmacy. Thanks for nothing.

I went into Walgreens today on Secor and Alexis. I went to the isle that they have cleaning supplies. I found what 8mwas looking for, which was latex gloves, and they were the LAST pair. Went to check out and told the cashier my story about buying latex gloves a week ago, and THEY were the last ones. The ones I had were the LAST ones to from their store. No price on them. Lady comes up take gloves to see about price. I told her they were the last gloves. She came back and told me the reason there was no price is because they are not for sale to public. They were for their store. Well, me thinking. I felt the lady lied because the were the last ones. Her name is Loretta. I DO NOT appreciate that. They were out in the Aisle were cleaning supplies was. Loretta says someone put them out and they were not suppose to be out because of no price on them. Yes, ok. Im upset. Calling Corporate.

Went to pick up photos and there was a gentleman waiting at the register to check out . I had to wander around the store looking for an employee so I could get my photos. Finally found an employee and when I asked if she could help the man at the register and myself she said “I’m the only one working right now! “ I did not give her an attitude but she sure gave me attitude! Can’t believe if you’re the only one in the store you wouldn’t be at the door to prevent loss and also why announce you are there alone! Don’t think I’ll go back, don’t need attitude when I am spending money at the store!

The pharmacy in Walgreens on Secore rd and Alexis has horrible guest service and ridiculous wait times. They do not care if your sick or in pain. I have waited anywhere from 4 to 24 hours for scripts. I am switching to a different pharmacy and will no longer shop at Walgreens.
