Listen I get it. They have a bunch of new folks to deal with. But why in the world do they constantly tell you your prescriptions are ready when they aren't? It took me 3 separate visits to get my medication after being told the first TWO times it'd be ready 1. Tomorrow 2. 30 mins from my 2nd visit...came back the 3rd time HOURS later and it still wasn't ready!!! And now I'm currently waiting in an unmoving line to find out if it's actually ready or not this time. If you couldnt handle the amount of folks, why take us??? People need their meds!!

Since Rite Aid closed, I've been getting my prescriptions filled at Walgreens, which is ridiculous. It's impossible to speak to anyone; every time they put you on hold, and there are more than three people ahead of you, you might as well hang up because I've waited up to 45 minutes and still can't get through. I've left numerous messages, and I could only leave this review if I rated it one star.

Awesome store!!!photo is great and the employees are always so helpful for being as understaffed as they are I’m surprised they stay and deal with everything going on with rite aid but I’m glad they do it’s my favorite pharmacy

It’s a great pharmacy with helpful staff it’s a bit of a wait but they did just take on rite aid customers..I use the text message notifications and they are helpful to which I don’t have to wait and guess if my prescription is ready I’ll just know when it is! :) I understand they didn’t want all the rite aid customers and that they can’t control what upper management does but I’d say they are doing great for what they have !!!

I'm so disappointed!! After Rite Aid closed my scripts were transferred here ? I tried to refill a prescription and the automated service didn't recognize my DOB, so I asked to dial to a pharmacist...I was on hold for 40 minutes THE FIRST TIME. I couldn't continue to hold so I decided to call back later. I was on hold the second time OVER AN HOUR and 10 minutes! I'm all out of my meds and I'm very frustrated! Terrible. Terrible. Terrible service. My days at Walgreens are over.
If you're looking for a new pharmacy, don't waste your time here..
UPDATE: So it's the next day; the automated service tells me my prescription is ready and can be picked up after 9am. I go to Walgreens on my lunch break , easily in line for 20 minutes for the girl to tell me it's not ready... She proceeded to tell me "they're working on it. If you'd like to wait, I can get it filled now". She went to the back to talk to a couple more pharmacists came back to the counter and told me they don't have it and stock. I said, why would the automated service tell me my order was ready if you don't even have the meds in stock? She didn't know. End of story. I'm never going back.

It’s clear that since Rite Aid closed this location bit of more than they can chew. Long hold times, staffing issues, and today, the store closing completely in the middle of the day. On September 15th around 2pm I was in line to pick up my testing supplies in the pharmacy drive thru. Two people were ahead of me and received their scripts. When I pulled up to the window, there was a sign that read they were closed and would reopen the following day. Huh? Why wouldn’t you all have the courtesy to at least put a sign outside? The drive thru had like 6 other cars behind me? I pulled to the front of the store and lo and behold the store is completely closed. I’m not even confident they will reopen the next day and I need my supplies. I used to like this store but it’s gone downhill and they don’t seem to care.

it must be a really fabulous company to work for if you can just close up the pharmacy whenever you want. right after their lunch break at 2pm, waited in the drive through for 45 minutes for whoever was on duty to put up a sign that says “pharmacy closed. will return 9/16/24 at 8am” a line of 20+ cars on this sunday afternoon and and suddenly there’s no pharmacist on duty after serving the 6 cars in front of us. corporate pharmacies do not care if you live or die without your medication. find a small family owned pharmacy if you ever want to speak with a human.
if you call, and ask the automated robot to connect you to a human at the pharmacy, they connect you to someone sitting at home on their computer, dogs barking kids crying in the background; probably not even in your state, to handle your sensitive medication information.

I am a recent transfer to Walgreens from Rite Aid. The Walgreens my prescriptions are sent to is in Toledo Ohio on Monroe St. I am disabled and my refills are called in and delivered to me free. The problem is I have to call in and the time I am on hold is very long. I have been on hold for almost an hour waiting to set up delivery as I am preparing this review. There should be something online where free prescription refill delivery can occur. Please rectify the on hold time for prescription refill and delivery. Thank you

I've been trying to get my son's psych meds for four days. Everyone I talked to assured me that it would be filled "tomorrow." It was not. Called today and was on the phone for a total of 2 hours and thirty minutes to not have the issue resolved. They won't answer their phone in store it's a call center that is woefully understaffed (they left me on hold for an hour and fourty-seven minutes to say hello twice then hang up on me. I had to call another store to find out after four days that not a single person took ownership of the issue and even put the RX in to be filled. He has 1 pill left!!!!! You can't pull this with people's psych meds (or any meds). They are putting my son's health in jeopardy. You can't just stop psych meds cold because they didn't want to fill the RX. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They don't care about their customers. You try to go into the store, and the line is 10 deep. Try the drive up window, and it's back out to the street.

The photo department staff were very kind and patient when I went to get my passport photo taken there recently. Thank you, I really appreciate it. :)

Was on hold for over an hour at the pharmacy, had my phone on mute and after the technician Betsy answered I couldn’t unmute right away and she hung up within 5 seconds. Ridiculous.

This is by far one of the worst pharmacies I have ever tried to use. No matter what time of day it is there is always a long line, which can be directly attributed to the incompetence of the pharmacy staff. I have personally witnessed multiple employees laughing and joking about people on the phone being upset because they were placed on hold for extended periods of time. I went to go fill a prescription here last week and when I dropped the prescription off I had the lady go check to make sure they had my medicine in stock, which after checking she told me they did and that it would be ready in about an hour. I never got a text stating it was ready so I did not go back the same evening to pick it up. The next day I call in and after being on hold for 30-40 minutes I was told my medicine was not ready yet but would be shortly, and still didn't receive a confirmation text that day so never went in to get it. So I decide to go in in person the next day and the pharmacist tells me that my medicine is out of stock and they aren't expecting more for another 3 days and even then there is no guarantee they get the medicine. So they lied to me multiple times and I ended up having to transfer my prescription to Costco. Every employee I interacted with was rude and appeared incompetent.

Do not go here for pharmacy. They promise times they do not keep. Awful experience.
