The customer service at the Manhattan plaza was phenomenal! The two gentlemen working were not only helpful, but extremely professional. It was genuine and I truly appreciate it! Please recognize them!

Absolutely never again. I went to DTLR to get some shoes and it seemed like more of a hangout spot or an after-hours than a shoe store. There was no professionalism whatsoever. The staff kept locking the doors stating they have no cash on hand to be able to do transactions for the customers. When certain people came to the door they would unlock it and let them in. I have never see such behaviors in a store and will not be returning. It was extremely unprofessional and the staff were useless. On top of that they barely had any of the sizes that people were asking for. They owners need to hire all new staff and if they don't they'll will end up being sorry for all the business they will lose.

I don't even want to give them 1 star! I went yesterday and, nobody greeted me or asked if I needed any help.. people were just standing around and they looked but, still nothing was said to me or my kids! Hope that they doesn't work off of commission because, I was there to spend some money..
