Store was completely unhelpful in resolving an issue with my brand new phone. Eugene was totally inept and slightly jealous that I received my new phone in the mail earlier then expected. I believe this is the reason he decided he couldn't help me. Issue was resolved within minutes by a store in nearby monroe. Thanks so much Eugene! (Sarcasm)

I’ve been to this Verizon a plethora of times and feel like the managers Jerod Jason Micah and Chris all do a fantastic job. The employees are all wonderful.Todd

So this is the busiest location in Toledo. Great thing is we were greeted at the door and signed in quickly. We had recently lost an iPhone and were also upgrading another. The tech that was helping us seemed knowledgeable. My main complaint is the cost. We have been with Verizon since it was Great Lakes Cellular. Every time we go in the bill raises by at least $50. I wish there was a way to streamline the extra fees. If I wanted them to do the update it was an extra $30 per line. Two days later and I am still trying to update my phone.

Switched over from Verizon pre paid to post paid a few weeks ago. The store was clean and well maintained, plenty of phones to put your hands on and try out, although most were top models, if you wanted something on the lower end you would need to use the website. Good deals for switching over, we basically all got top of the line new phones for exchanging our old phones. Service was very good, as soon as we walked in we were placed in a queue so everyone is helped in the order they come in.

Austin and Jerrod were great to work with today. My mom had a very complicated problem and Jerrod worked tirelessly to get everything resolved. Restored our trust in Verizon after a bad experience elsewhere! Will absolutely go back to this store from now on.

I stopped in to get an iPad activated. And I was greeted by a very rude and unprofessional attitudes. The staff was very sloppy dressed, and did not seem like they wanted to be there. Jared, the manager was over top rude. Once the employees see that they’re not going make any commission on anything they don’t care about you. If you want really good customer service, go see Amanda on Conant Street.

Linda and Jarrod provided great customer service, and were able to resolve a tricky technical issue that Verizon's tech support hadn't been able to solve. They were friendly, patient, and helpful, even staying late to make sure everything was working on my account and my mother-in-laws new phone was activated and working correctly.

Anthony (dude with beard and tattoos) provided the best customer service I've ever received. I came in upset about data gift charges. He assured me he was on my side and he even got me into an unlimited plan that is saving me money from my previous plan. This is the type of customer service that keeps customers loyal. I apologize to Anthony for my tone when I walked into your store.

I originally started my service through this location. Recently, I've visited twice. The first time wasn't really at all a help. They were very busy it felt rushed. I didn't really get a solution after waiting an hour to just be told they couldn't really help me. The next day, we had a young lady. I wish I could remember her name. Outstanding. She was so awesome. We added a new line and got upgrades accessories the whole 9. She really honestly turned the entire experience around. I was near the end of my contract and seriously considering switching to another service after the first visit. Now we're locked in another 2 years, lol. She should be running that place.

I GUESS MY WIFE AN I WE'RE INVISIBLE. Been a Verizon customer forever but definitely WILL NOT be going back to this Monroe St location.... doesn't deserve a star but wouldn't let me post without one

Customer service needs to be revamped, my 80 year old mother came in & bought a new phone they did yhe switching of everything, that didn't take. REVIEW YOUR WORK PEOPLE. NOW HER OLD PHONE IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND & SHE DON'T HAVE ALL HER STUFF ON HER PHONE, SHE'S 80 PEOPLE. WOULD YOU TREAT YOUR GRANDMOTHER LIKE THAT. I'M ABOUT TO SWITCH!

Absolutely terrible costumer service for a long time business account. Was not even willing to try to help navigate through a situation with a last name issue and instead just turned me away completely. I never give this store my business, but only went to it because my usual location was closed. But absolutely never again will I go to the Monroe street toledo location.Terrible!
