Postal worker doesnt pick up packages even with a request in the system. I have called multipal times to have my pick ups done, I have attempted to file a complaint against my postal worker and nothing was done. I have called over 100+ times in less than 30 days to simply get my packages picked up even with a pick up request in the system. unprofessional and as a business im about to start using ups instead .

Not sure what going on with the carrier that delivers to 43615 , granite st but I’ve been watching the carrier on camera pass my house up since June 29th and deliver paper mail but not my package . Then yesterday I saw them on camera across the street & they never came by my house but marked my pkg delivered. This is the second time , the first time I watched him give my package to my neighbor even though I asked him if it was my package , he gave me a dirty look and said no . It was my package ,my neighbor brought it to me the next day . From now on if it says usps delivers I will not purchase .

Delivery is not that great, they skip delivering your mail, and sometimes on purpose. (I actually caught them one time, was gracious though and didnt say much feared I might make it worse).

They do not bother to care enough to change their google hours from 1.30 to 1 pm. They extremely rude and condescending:( Always close before time and do not even acknowledge you are standing and looking for answers why is it close before time:(

Honestly probably the worse post office in Ohio ….. they gave me my mailbox key and told me the locks would be switched by the next day now it’s been about 15 days and now when I call they try to tell me they are backed out 3weeks

They don't want to talk to people on the phone. The guided call almost always tries to refer you away from talking to a human. Use FedEx instead if possible.

Busy office that always has a handful of cars in the lot. It's typically busy in the afternoon so I recommend visiting in the morning, if that's possible.

super rude workers. came in at 1:09 because google said the post office was open until 1:30. Walk in and a bald gentleman with glasses behind the desk very rudely told me they were closed. when i said but google said 1:30, he just kept saying they close at 1pm. he was incredibly rude. as a business, they should update their times on google. additionally while sitting and writing this review, i saw five people come out with packages they were unable to mail.
