These people in this office are the most unprofessional people I've ever met that works for the post office my father was a maul man for almost 30 years till he died and ice never been ashamed of a postal worker for what the do. But never answers phone calls doesn't drop packages off where destined to go and then sends them back for what makes me want to cover up the post office eagle on my chest my father's turning in his grave over these kind of unprofessionalism

Great people, easy access, and timely service. This is a very well run post office. The clerks are kind. The carriers go the extra mile. City offices ought to take note of the Kenwood Station.

I showed up with 25+ packages that needed to be sent out. I came inside and asked for a dolly to help me bring them all in - and instead an employee came out with multiple carts and helped me take in multiple loads of packages! It was more than I could ask for. He was so helpful and kind! Thank you! I've always had good customer service here, but this was above and beyond!

The carriers do a good job but the staff inside the postal office on Haughton Dr are the worst. They wouldn't help you if you drop dead on the floor. I only use them when I'm given labels from other people. Otherwise I avoid USPS like the plague.

Since living in the area that I live in and I have to deal with the mail carriers from that postoffice I would rather use my electric wheelchair in the winter to go get my mail and to mail anything off before having a mail carrier do it!!! They are some of the laziest, no common sense people to ever deal with. Going to the actual postoffice is the total opposite of the mail carriers. That is the only reason for the three stars because if I went off of the carriers they would have gotten a corner of a single star (if it was possible!).

I am shocked when I receive a phone call from the actual “Post Office location” Ramone J. answered all of my questions. And explained what could have happened to the package. PLEASE TELL HIM THANK YOU Very much! He went above and beyond! His kindness was “Appreciated” keep up the Great Work!
