I love this Post Office! It is such a helpful place to go. The staff are so knowledgeable. I mail all sorts of things to all sorts of places. I always get my many questions answered! They’re so friendly, as well as so knowledgeable!!

The woman who answered the phone at this location quickly located my missing package and set it up for redelivery due to my inability to come retrieve it during their pickup hours.I do find it frustrating they don't answer the phone during lunch 11 - 12 and that they are only open Mon - Fri 9 - 5 BUT when I called the Erie location (where my package got accidentally sorted to) to ask how to get my package back to my post office they were incredibly rude so honestly.. I'd rather have a nice associate and bad hours than better hours and a mean associate.

This is my local post office and they have had their set of challenges including the decision to decrease the staffing. At one point, it was sadly staffed by a very unpleasant individual however that has been adjusted and now the branch is staffed by a very pleasant and helpful staff. I believe that we are lucky to have a small local post office in our neighborhood.

I have never seen any one less helpful than the lady at the counter... most useless USPS ever! Most useless anything in anything ever (you get what I am trying to say :p)
