Their customer service is a joke. I spent half an hour trying to talk to a real person. To then be put in an hour long wait. All because their delivery drivers can't put their vehicle in reverse. And you need an ASTOUNDING 30 FEET clearance on both sides of the mailbox. That's the length of 2/3 of my entire property. It's insane how lazy these people are. That they can't pull up deliver mail. And then reverse and then continue forward. Absolutely astonishing.

They stopped delivering mail to my address. No notes on why, they don’t answer their phone. Because of my job I don’t have time to run down to their office. I’ve had to call creditors to set up other arrangements. If this place can’t do their job, shut it down and save the tax payers some money

I have had very bad experiences with this post office I have mailed two different packages to my son and both times not getting delivered. I try tracking package and it just gives me and alert saying out for delivery and that was on February 9th he just lives down the road from post office. They told my son the first time the house was vacant and he explained that’s the house next to him I have mailed Christmas. And now valentines and they didnt get there stuff on time both times. I tried calling post office and didn’t get an answer. I guess I will start mailing them there package fed x or ups. This is not how a post office should work.!

The counter clerk helped me save $ by informing me of a better option to send off my package. I was very pleased that she took the time to explain other options.

I have had literally have had 0 problems with this post office as of 2022. I ship between 2-5 packages a week and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The same can't be said for the tremainsville post office.

The mail man has dropped off 3 packages of mine to the wrong house but it’s my correct address on the package, luckily the people have been awesome and have brought it to me each time, how do you drop a package off to the same wrong house 3 times when the correct address is on the package… we don’t even live on the same street!!

I literally don’t get any mail like at all I get other people mail I still have mail outside my box with somebody else name mail been messed up since before COVID so no excuses they pick upThe phone and hang up I don’t no what to do I forward all my mail to my moms home CLOSE DOWN SOON PLEASE

They refuse to answer the phone. When they get tired of it ringing, they pick it up and hang it up. You're forced to deal with corporate and they are always so far behind it's no help.
