Stopped to drop off an Amazon return and was informed I had to provide ashipping package. Amazon's instructions specifically said I did not need any packaging or labeling whatsoever. This is the second time this is occurred and I place half the blame on the UPS Store. Even the customer in front of me ran into the same problem and go to her car to get something to ship the package in.

I was there yesterday (6/26/24) evening for some notary needs. After its been done, I asked for the missing emblem that normally part of the process. I was never told that there is an extra charge for that. The person (Emily) surprised me to ask to pay extra $5 for the emblem.
When I said you could have told me about the extra charge, she said she is sorry but cannot help me with the price. When I asked for the manager, she said she is the shift lead.
She won't budge to any of the requests and even suggested me to discard the document and get a new one for which she could do that without the emblem.
This is the level of customer service at this UPS store and that too for a small dollar amount and that is at no fault to the customer. This unfriendly, stubborn attitude will surely drive me away from this store. This young lady should be a disaster wherever she goes unless properly trained or life teaches her a big lesson or ever.

The young gals who work here are very friendly and helpful. Packing tape all over store - unlike UPS location on Executive Pkwy that charges and nickel and dimes you for every little thing. In and out in no time!

I was really disappointed when the UPS store at 6725 W Central Ave. Ste M was already closed at 3pm Saturday. What the $&@. Two other UPS stores somewhat farther were open till 5pm. The biggest problem is there is no posting of the open times on that store on Central Avenue. How hard would that be to do? Customers would appreciate the simple consideration of a posted schedule.
