The attendant that helped me was very polite, which is a lost art in customer service. Every time I've visited this location they're always polite, knowledgeable and quick.

Very timely service (Amazon return and passport photo), but the passport photo dimensions were on the small side and may not meet State Department requirements.

Everytime I come to this store the ladies behind the counter are short and rude. They give no explanation to issues you may have. I would start over with new employees that actually know what customer service is. I see why they have such a terrible rating.

Always a great staff. The biggest problem is UPS keeps closing stores and changing their hours. It’s so inconsistent it’s hard to predict. I’ve had the doors closed on me even after checking the hours online. Not a great way to run a business.

This was hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The blonde-haired employee I dealt with was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional over a simple question. Her attitude was ignorant and hostile, making it clear she has no business working in customer service. If she despises her job that much, she should quit immediately instead of taking it out on customers. When I asked for a manager, she lied about being a supervisor and handed me a business card as if that would excuse her behavior. This level of rudeness is absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful management should seriously reconsider who they choose to represent their business.

Do not use the notary services. One of the notary's made a claim that is not supported by law because of ignorance. Find a different notary as going here may be a complete waste of time.

Fully automated customer service will never be close to good enough. Stop being cheap, and hire real people to answer the phone. Support real American jobs, and stop this sub-par crap.
Here's an update: This all started when trying to return a product from Amazon to the manufacturer, instead of to Amazon. I was there on 3/3, and left the package with them. After finally finding my packing slip and tracking number, I checked and here's what UPS did. They lost all of the contents of the package the next day, and had a message stating they would contact me to let me know. It's now 3/16, and I had to find this out myself with a tracking number, rather than letting me know what happened to my package. These guys are a joke, and aren't even worth your consideration. Take your business elsewhere, as UPS's customers don't seem to be a priority to UPS in the slightest. This is disgusting to me, and begs the question of what would we find here, with an audit?

The store is overwhelmed by thick scent of some sort of air freshener ... myself, and 10% of the rest of the population are allergic to these chemicals. employee was rude as well.

The representative was very knowledgeable, but most importantly to me, she was EXTREMELY PATIENT! I get nervous when I’m pressured yo hurry (happens when you’re 76 😂), but she was reassuring and very kind!

The manager at the store is a complete jerk. Didn’t help with my package. Then took me he would not accept the package. Tried to call for a pick up but couldn’t because he scanned the package so the system thought his location had already accepted the package. I had to return to the facility for him to tell me that “oh we can delete that.” This man should not be in customer service but UPS has saved themselves another customer. I won’t be back
