Absolutely awful service. I've used UPS freight in the past and have been very pleased, so I'm not sure what has happened since the acquisition by TForce. I recently booked a residential pickup with a liftgate and it took them 7 days to get a truck out. Each day there was another excuse as to why pickup was delayed. When the driver finally arrived, he refused to pick up the shipment because the item was on locking casters. This is something that I specifically spelled out on the waybill when I booked this shipment! Not once on any of the 3-4 calls that I made throughout the week of trying to get a pickup did someone at TForce tell me this may have been an issue.

Now owned by T force, but they still call it ups freight. They shipped my pallet from Florida to Michigan. It made a 12 day pit stop in California preventing a large project from being completed. When I asked them expedite it to get it to me on the time I was given Some bogus excuse and told it would cost me more to expedite even though it was nearly 2 weeks late already. HOW DO YOU SHIP A 400 LB PALLET TO THE WRONG SIDE OF THE COUNTRY AND EXPDCT FHE CUSTOMER TO MAKE IT RIGHT??! NEVER AGAIN

My shipment was delayed for several days at each terminal along the route. UPS Freight would not provide any explanation for the repeated delays. And they outright lied to me several times.As of right now, they've had my shipment - which was supposed to be delivered within 5 days - for over a week. And they're saying it may be a another week - or more.

worst company I have ever dealt with . I have never filed a complaint before online or other, but am extremely angered. they lie about when they will arrive, over and over. 7 lies yesturday, and after waiting for them for 12 hours and told it is now "rescheduled" until today before 2:00. noe they are not here again, did not call me with pick-up time as promised, and probably won't show up Do NOT use ups - terrible company

I literally just watched a UPS driver pull up across the street... jump out of the truck with out a package and stick a note on a door!!!! NO PACKAGE!! This is Ridiculous; if you can not do the job please find some one who will. So unprofessional!

Damn shame they lost a certified letter..Why have the service if you can't deliver a letter.with out loosing it
