-Very convenient. Somewhat quick. What I don't like is the mannerisms and respect especially of one Jen who was working today March 14th around 115p. Rude, doesn't know how to speak. Pushy and gross.

The man working (Dave) was very short with any questions I had. I don’t return allot and he did not care he kept throwing this paper in front of me pointing to the three different things on it. He was annoyed I didn’t have a box for one of my Amazon returns and I “can take it home and package it and bring it back”. Can I not buy a bag or box I said. Then oh boy the boxes I did have were not tapped closed. He rudely says you’ll have to pay $1.50 for me to tape it….. ok I don’t care about paying for that. Don't act annoyed that I didn’t tape it. (I would think you need to see that I was returning the correct item. I didn’t know) I finally said this is very frustrating working with you. You are all over the place and very short with me, I don’t return stuff all the time I don’t know how it works…. His reply well I have to return thousands of Amazon stuff a day… Dave, I am very sorry that YOU chose this to be your job. Allot of Amazon returns can only be taken to UPS store. Not our fault. I would maybe look at better staff that can handle the stress of all of the Amazon returns the ups store receives. Sad part is, no matter how the employees act towards customers, we are still forced to utilize the ups store.

Never try to use them for their notary, they are never there. Multiple times at multiple different hours. There is no postings on the hours for the notary

If you like waiting in line this place is for you. It is understaffed with surley employees with few organizational skills. I guess there is down time for this business but when your customers are waiting 20 minutes just to drop off a prepaid package it's time to hire extra help.

The customer service here is really subpar. The setup makes it difficult to complete Amazon returns. I’m just really not a fan.

Had a barcode from Amazon to return an it. They told me that they don't print labels. I think they do but was refused service. Store was a mess.

I'd give zero if could. Dont waste your time waiting ridiculous lines, always understaffed this location, it's franchised so this particular location charges for literally EVERYTHING that the one in Perrysburg does complimentary. Like tape, or other basic supplies to finish a label. Waited 20 minutes for guy to tell me they wont package nothing even when your return instructions is simply take item to ups store, they'll pack and ship for you. This cheap, rude franchise wants an upcharge for something thats paid for by shipper company already. Avoid this location!!!!

Broke my packages i had insurance on it. They said the claim takes 3 months but turns out they never opened it. They're avoiding my phone calls. Sending my lawyer if u guys dont pick up the phone and solve this issue. U got that Lindsey?

Well you can tell that the head manager or the person in charge there isn’t interested in doing business outside The minimal he didn’t go out of his way to help he was not interested in creating environment for great business to be done and honestly it seems as if he was out to scam and steal peoples money

I visited the store to retrieve a package that had been marked as delivered by FedEx to the store mailbox I had rented. The staff could not find the package that was marked as delivered and signed for by their staff. When I asked if she could search more thoroughly she informed that the back store room was a mess and that she did not have the time to go back there and check since there was now a line. The owner of the store was standing at the counter and told me that they did not have the package. When I provided them the proof of delivery from FedEx, they ignored it and told me the they couldn't do anything and that they didn't have time to search the back store room. Absolutely the worst customer service and lack of concern. I've since filed a formal complaint with UPS corporate, a police report for a missing package with Toledo Police, and a lost package with FedEx. I would avoid this store at all costs. Each time I have visited, the staff has been rude and callous. They are unreliable and unprofessional.

Employees are mean and give incorrect information- wouldn’t tell us we can get the barcode to ship on our phone (its in your emails if you paid for shipping online). The employee wanted us to pay again to print one ourselves using one computer that had a long wait.. They also told us another store would overnight a delivery past a specific time but we drove all the way there to find out that wasn’t a thing. Don’t drop your package off here.

Today is Election Day. No matter what your stance, employees yelling out morbid and statistics to force their beliefs on customers is unacceptable. I waited in line for my turn (with my 3 year old) and Dave yells out, “8 people will die every day if Issue — passes! How can I help you?” I was shocked and my toddler was scared at the mention of a bunch of people dying. Then as I was leaving, the female employee was discussing political issues with another customer waiting in line. When people go into a business, the employees should put customers first and make them feel comfortable. I felt upset and icky and my son was scared; employees should not make their customers feel this way. This is completely unacceptable and I will not be returning to this store.

This is the most petty nickel and dime place I have ever seen. We charge a 1.50 to tape a label on your box or you can buy a roll of tape for like 10 dollars. Unreal. I am soooooooo glad Amazon doesn't deal with this store any longer. They are the worst.

Do not use them, do not give them businesses as they are unprofessional and the manager is rude. They insisted on using the incorrect address just because the system autocorrect it and told me the address I had is not in the system even though that address has had multiple deliveries before. The package I sent at this location was never delivered and they ask you to pay again to re-deliver.

I'd like to leave less than one star...very rude man at counter...computer never works...no internet.I gladly drive five miles to to the store in Sylvania, Ohio to get my packages returned to Amazon because of their rudness at Westgate store. I thought it was aone-time thing; but, it is always a bad experience...as they send me to the library to get my phone return slip printed out..as they have no internet.
