While they are fast and very friendly here the wait sometimes is longer than it should be. There is always someone in the back that could run up front.

Pretty bad. No witnesses available. Stand in line with customers doing all kinds of UPS business. Very unprofessional.

DON'T BOTHER! GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!

This location is a third party store. They charge for everything that is free shipping through Amazon including tape. They say their printer is down. It’s been down for 9 months. Don’t sound like any gov owned ups to me. They wouldn’t leave their printer down for a week let alone almost a year.

Went to this store today which was a complete inconvenience. 1st there printer has a virus and was sent to the library once I got there the librarian informed me that this has been going on for 8 months ..,sorry but to me that is way then enough time to fix it...I feel that the workers at UPS are lazy,or they don't want to use the ink! Then they charge for tape, the packaging etc I usually go to the one in Perrysburg and I will continue to go to that one! Oh and I went to the one in Perrysburg earlier today,I forgot a package to return and went to Secor because of being in the area!!! And the customer service man at UPS WAS RUDE!!!STAY AWAY FROM THERE!

Can't fault the people for issues that are nationwide. Under-paid, over-worked and under-appreciated. Get your stuff together before you go and this is a great location. If you don't know how Amazon returns work, you shouldn't be able to order from Amazon. These workers work their butts off to make sure the line moves quickly. It's the general public that is the problem, not this location. No one can act right anymore. Form a line, be kind to one another and BE COURTEOUS to the workers that have to deal with sheer stupidity day in and day out. It's not that hard.

My mother was in town and found a piece of decor she loved so decided to get it and have it sent back home. She decided the best way to get it home safe was to use their pack and ship guarantee. She paid to have this service done and have it mailed from this store. When packaged was delivered to her home even though it was marked fragile the box was completely destroyed along with her decor. We went to the store where they told us they couldn’t help us due to no manager being there. I called the location In sylvania where the owner gave her information to the regional manager and a claim was processed since this store was no help. The check she received didn’t even cover the cost of the services she paid to have the ship and pack guarantee. She then was told by the claims adjuster the store she got services from process these claims for the amount and only valued her decor at $1 instead of $100. The staff doesn’t answer the phone or return calls and the staff is incompetent of how to do their jobs. I wouldn’t recommend using their store.

Came here to pick up an Amazon package for my sister, she emailed me the confirmation email because the email specifically says someone else can pick up the package for you. However, they wouldn’t let me pick up the package without photo ID that matched the name on the package. They have their own rules for how they conduct business, even the owner was unwilling to help. So beware, if you’re planning on having anyone else pick up your package, you can’t do it here. Not only that, they refuse to return the package for seven days so good luck getting your money back even remotely quickly.
I completely understand playing it safe and requiring that the recipient receive the package but then maybe you shouldn’t be a drop off location for Amazon if you’re not going to honor the policies they offer their customers.
Thank you so much for ruining what is most likely going to be our last Father’s Day with our dad.

Avoid this location. They charge way too much for boxes and the computers are always down so you can't print anything. They wanted $5 for the same sized box that the UPS store on McCord charges $2 for.
