First let start with I have never used a relo cube company and was quite wary. I am not person who likes to order things online when I am not familiar with the company. I called our local office and Tim, the manager of the Toledo Office was amazing! He totally got where I was coming from regarding my fear. Tim helped place my order online and then he reviewed it to make sure I entered the information correctly. Tim also made special arrangements for the delivery of the cubes and their pick up. Once the cubes where picked up he put InTouch with the L.A. office so I could work with them. He then put me InTouch with the Moving staff. My move was unique and complicated. I highly recommend U-Pack!

Did ok job. Then the virus came so it took longer to get the shipment to my home from the West Coast to the East Coast.

The Relo Cube was the cheapest way from me to move to California and it worked out great! I had a tough schedule with no time off to pack before I left but I was able to make the arrangements I need so it was dropped off Friday and picked up Monday. The Toledo local office was great with coordinating. They said expect 8-10 business days but it could be sooner and mine came 5 business days later the following week in California. They have helpful guides on packing on the website. It's definitely tall and we used a ladder to really pack to the top!

U-Pack was by far the most economical and easy to work with through out the entire process of our out of state move. There were no hidden fess and we knew exactly what we were required to pay. Combining U-Pack and local moving crews saved us quite a bit of money. The customer service dept was easy to reach and handled any concerns we had. A great asset when dealing with the local service centers. I especially appreciated the electronic services which contained everything we needed to know and provided an interactive option with one click. This allowed us to schedule pick up and drop offs as an alternative to calling the local servicing sites. We were able to track our items which came earlier than expected.

Excellent online platform that made scheduling drop off an pick up at both locations incredibly easy. Despite being a fully online experience, this is not a company that buries or discourages a phone call to talk to a person; a contact number is right on the dashboard if ever needed. They use ABF for transport and their dispatch and drivers were great too. Will use them again if needed!

I can't say enough good things about my experience! I moved from Ohio to Seattle and used a Relo Cube. Everything was extremely efficient and well organized. I was able to do everything online. On the few times I chose to talk with somebody, I was able to quickly reach a helpful rep. My cube arrived a week early, with everything in great shape! Highly recommend!!!!

Loved the customer service. Their staff was friendly and welocoming. Loved the convenience of loading my items into the relocube. And the fact that they quoted for five day delivery from terminal to terminal yet the cube arrived at the next terminal in a day and half. Was wonderfully amazing. I would recommend Upack to everyone. There never were any gimmicks and misleading in any way. The company was straightforward and honest. You receive a tracking number when you load which was easy to follow. And you pay was your moving items arrive at it's destination. I'd moved from one state to six hundred miles to another state.

UPack was responsive and everything was just as I expected. At both the drop off location and at the destination, we were given excellent service. The container was secure and clean and the furniture we shipped was in excellent condition after the delivery. I would not hesitate to use them again!

We moved across the country. Ohio to Arizona. We packed two U-Pack containers full with everything you can think of. Christmas decorations, dishes, tools, furniture, wall art, a grill, and so much more. Not only were they kind and courteous, but they were in touch and sent updates every step of the way. We HIGHLY recommend this company! Did I mention...we packed the containers ourselves and not one item was broken! And we are definitely not professional packers! Thanks U-Pack! You were they only part of our move that was stress free!!

I was leery about using this service at first. I have heard horror stories about moving companies. This was pretty streamline and no surprises. I was moving some items of my moms from Ohio to North Carolina. I only needed one cube and it was delivered without any issue. I had 3 days to get the items put into the cube there was plenty of space for her stuff. They came to pick up the stuff within a day and it was delivered within 2 to 4 business days. I was happy with the service the price hurt my heart to pay but for the convenience it was worth it. This is not a paid review I am a real person that actually used this service and I would recommend it.
