While we have had no troubles with the actual storage unit, the hours listed on the website need to be updated. It states Mon-Sun 5am-10pm. We have had access denied due to being closed twice now. Once at 9pm and another at 5pm. Very frustrating!

I called around 12noon & ask the lady from the location will someone be there when I pick up the uhaul at 3pm, she said yes. At 3pm, no one there to assist with the online pickup. This online pickup is not suitable for anyone using Samsung phone. It wouldn't allow me to do anything. Called 1800 customer service 2 times, & realized that my son's iphone worked to use the pickup. All of this made me late, & made the return late coming in. It should've been someone to assist at the location. I will leave an google & several online review to let others know my experience.Van was clean & serviced its purpose.

I have been renting a storage unit for over a year & was not aware of the disc lock rule. But nowhere does it say that any other kind is prohibited... I get a call saying to come change it & when I stated I needed some time as I just had a baby & didn't live on that side of town I was told "No, we are putting one on your unit & you can come to our location & get the key". When my husband came to pick up the key, not one person thought to say to him or write on the envelope "owes $ for lock". That would have been smart. But instead they charge my account just a few hours later without telling me! How messed up is it that I don't get any time to get my own lock & change it myself & get charged more than a disc lock at Harbor Freight costs & then when I called to speak to the woman about it who had called me initially, she got so upset with my persistence that she wanted to hang up but instead put me on hold for over 20 minutes then had a gentleman finish the call for her. I will be finished with Uhaul as an entire company (trucks & storage unts) after I can get out this Spring.

Even though this happened years ago I wanted to take the opportunity to finally vent my frustration. I reserved a closed trailer to move my brothers household to Sylvania from Columbus(a round trip rental). They rented the trailer that I reseved to a one way move because they can make more on one ways. Owner actually said that to me. I was left with no resolution to which they said "that's too bad but there is nothing we can do". Terrible business practices
