Lamont continues to be a GREAT representative for your company. He is always knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. I rent trucks with Uhaul probably 20-25 times a year, and while there are closer locations - I use the Reynolds Road location because I am always satisfied with their service and equipment.

The girl who helped me get the rental was super nice. Then the guy who checked me with my rental was also great I really enjoyed my experience with this location for renting a Uhaul

This company charged me for a extra day and insurance when it was clearly returned on time. Hello you can check your cameras and see if was on time. Now I have to dispute It and wait to see if I get my money back or if I have to call a lawyer..

I've used Uhaul several times before, but this was honestly the worst experience. My husband and I made a reservation for a van to help move some furniture from a family member's house. They did not have any available at Reynolds, but had one at the Monroe and Laskey location. Going through the online booking process, it allowed me to pick counter pickup for the keys and took our card information and everything. This is about 9 pm on a Friday. Get there for our noon reservation (the next day, Saturday) and the office is locked. We can see the van that we had reserved sitting there with no way to get the keys.We go through the process to download the app like it says (which doesn't work half the time) and fill out the information again. It says that everything is successful, but never gives a lock box code for the keys. There is a number for the GM, Jessica Anderson. My husband tries calling, since the reservation is in his name, and the call is immediately hung up on by her. He then tries to call customer support through the app. I then try to call Jessica Anderson, and am surprised when she answers. I have NEVER had someone talk to me the way she did.I explain to her what's happening and she told me that apparently I don't know how to follow directions on the app and that's why it didn't work. She then said that if no one called me about the reservation then there was nothing she could do. I explained fully the process we used and the information that was asked, and she only kept repeating how Monroe was a remote only location so I was wrong that the website would allow counter pickup (it does). I asked how to get the combination and she looked up our reservation and told me that she couldn't give it to me and our card must have declined so we didn't have the money to pay for it or else it would work. When I said that wasn't true and it wasn't giving me any other options, she told me that since I was being combative and didn't like her answer, that I could just call customer support and hung up.We canceled the reservation and called Reynolds, which had a 10' truck and not the van, but it was available. Surprise surprise when we get there and who is the GM on site? JESSICA ANDERSON. Her entire store smelled like Marijuana and she sat in the back except once to yell at another employee. The guy at the front desk, Lamont, was probably the BEST customer service representative I have ever met. He helped us get into a truck quickly without a reservation. He was thorough in explaining every step of the process and the rules and charges. He was happy, smiled, cracked jokes and was personable. He was helping us and another coworker at the same time. Which was a lot more than I could say for his boss.Knowing what I do now, I would 100% recommend working with Lamont.. however, if you have to work with Jessica Anderson, be prepared to be called stupid, broke, and combative.

The U-Haul on Alexis Rd installed my trailer hitch 3 years ago and the wiring stopped working. I called the U-Haul on Alexis Rd and they were booked so they made me an appointment at Reynolds Rd. Arrived for my appointment and Alexis Rd screwed up and never made the appointment so U-Haul on Reynolds had no idea I was coming in. Jessica was more than understanding and helpful even though their installer (Bobby) was offsite. Bobby came back and was able to fix my wiring (several wires needed to be fixed). Can't thank them enough for taking care of this even though they had no idea I was coming in.

Service by Anthony and Lamont. They help me out to check in the vehicle into security storage space. I will use U-Haul in the future because of my experience with U-Haul both in Alabama and here in Toledo.

Reserved a pickup truck for Monday at 8. Sunday afternoon received a phone call that the truck wouldn't be available until 11. I get there at 11. No truck available. Employee couldn't have cared less. She got on the phone and found a truck available across town, so I had to drive to another location to get the truck. Took a day off work to do this chore and lost 1/2 day because of U-Haul. Why bother taking reservations if you're not going to have the equipment when reserved?

I think whoever does the hiring for this location chooses the rudest and the slowest people that they can possibly find. If you want your rating to go up replace your District or regional managers

1 day before I was to pick up the car hauler a female employee from the Reynolds Road location called me. She asked if I was actually using the car hauler for 4 days. When I replied yes that’s why I rented it for 4 days she got very rude and hung up on me. When I picked up the car hauler the guy helping me explained that the website is wrong and they only rent those for 24 hours. Which seems ridiculous for a car hauler if you happen to be moving across the state or country. The guy that helped me at pick up was nice but when I asked about my tire size, since they are 35”s being to large for the straps, he shrugged his shoulders and said well if the computer said it would fit. I tried explaining they are larger tires and he didn’t seem to get it. I gave up and went to Lowe’s and got larger vehicle ratchet straps to actually use the hauler. Since the wheel nets on the hauler wouldn’t reach. All in all the trailer worked and did what I needed but the service and knowledge of the staff will keep me from using uhaul in the future.

The customer service rep at the desk was extremely unprofessional. First she told me that she did not have a trailer for me which I reserved and that the customer had not returned it. When I told her she had plenty of trailers in the parking lot and that she was going to give me one of those for the same price ( seemed only fair since I had a reservation) she became very disrespectful and yelling at me in front of all the other people in line. Just because I demanded a trailer of a different size since she was not prepared for our reservation. I will be contacting the manager today and will NEVER rent from this rude location again. If someone can't deal with an upset resident they should not be in a customer service position.

Best customer service ever. I have rented from here numerous times and the manager Jessica is the reason I return here. Jessica goes out of her way to help and has fixed numerous issues I had that were not her fault but took care of issue immediately any way. I recently rented a 26ft truck from a location in upper Michigan and had a major problem with truck and called Jessica. She took care of issue and put me in a new truck that didn't have any issues. Thank you for all you do to make a customer feel appreciated!

Made the reservation a week early. Got there. A lady begrudgingly helped us. She had a horrible attitude and I think she was the manager. She told me my truck was through the gate and opened the back door and pointed. I went to the truck. Looked it over and started it. The check engine light was on. The back door was locked so after I walked around the building I see the manager walking out of the back door. I explained the situation to the employee that was there. She said yeah it's the catalytic converter, it should be fine. I said I'm traveling an hour and a half. She wasn't concerned and offered no other solution. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place....... It's brutal.

This location needs to take care about their customers. When l picked up the truck the did not helped very well l asked some questions and l felt l don’t have to asked. When l returned the track during the business hours I was wasting 15 minutes for someone to come for check it up. Also, they charged me extra fee for gas and l did return it with the correct level

I had called ahead asking for specific dimensions on a box, the lady I spoke with did not want to check for me for some reason, she said they are in the front of the store, she assured me that she would have something. I drove 25 minutes out of the way to leave empty handed, but what annoys me as that the phones were insight of the boxes that they had, it should have been a quick check.
