I’d give it zero stars if possible. When the manager can’t even apologize for the actions of their employees, it’s a sad day. I will never use U-Haul ever again all because of this one location.

I was there in the early morning and the lady was helping others. I waited for about 5 mins and she helped me with everything. I was surprise that uhaul has a better IT than other big retailers such as walmart. Text message was received on time and check in process is easy and clear enough for me. Only thing about the 15' truck is the wipers. You have to be extremely carefully driving during rainy nights as wipers were not working as it is supposed to be.

This place has the most unprofessional employees and the manager os even worse. I will NEVER go to the ghetto bottom feeding establishment ever again. They charged me a fuel charge when I brought the truck back with the exact amount of fuel I started with. They told me I had to bring it back with a quarter of a tank more than I started with. Apparently there was a text link that I was supposed to click before I left the premises but I was never informed of this. The employee and manager argued with me that I had been informed. Neither of which waited on me. They also said it was highlighted on my paperwork. I showed them the paperwork where clearly it was not highlighted. Staff AND management was rude as well as unprofessional. One employee sitting behind the counter very impolitely told me, “ can’t help you, I am not on the clock yet”…then why sir are you on the floor behind the service desk as if you are? The whole place is trash.

4 x 7 trailer only has a bed that is 36" wide. FALSE advertising. what is wrong with this picture. I could not get a refund. The item that I went to pick up was 47" x 64". Now how do I get that into 36". This is bull. if you say it is a 4 x 7 then it should have 4' wide usable bed. Gee, do you think?

I highly recommend this location for U-Haul rentals. Bri and her Uncle are great workers and made my rental experience wonderful. This is my go to location for U-Haul rentals they also are fairly competitive prices for storage

The systems were down during the time I was to return rental. I spoke with customer service and they informed me to go ahead and take pictures of mileage, location, inside and out of rental. The pictures would serve as my time stamp in for the return. How should I submit those pictures as I was charged an extra day since the location checked it in this morning?

watch out for damage charges! They will charge you for damages that you didn't do. I had received four Receipt and on one of them it said damage fee of $250 then the last one said $295 for scrap/dent to the roof. I called customer service and they transferred me to the store and I was on hold for almost an hour just to be told that the person that charged me was the manager, he was supposed to call me back but never did. About a week later they took money out of my account so I called customer service for the second time to file a dispute. The customer service person looked at the pic and said that the dent looked like it been there for a wail also that the pic seemed to be upside down. I was told that I'll receive a phone call with in three days from the manger but didn't get a call back or a voice message. I called customer service for the third time and the person had to reopen the dispute so now its going up to someone that's higher then the manger.

Watch out for extra charges. I swept out and cleaned the truck before bring it back. When I arrived I was told to give her the keys and go inside. She walked around the truck and then followed me in. When I got to the counter she gave me the total, I questioned the amount and she said there was a $25 cleaning fee. I said show me what needs to be cleaned. We walked out side and another women had mopped the floor, she said it was in the contract. My wife who was picking me up observed that she opened the back light a cigarette, used a leaf blower for 30 seconds, then made a cell phone call and mop the back in less than a minute. It was less than the time I was at the counter and back out to the truck. My wife watched as very little dust was blown out of the back of the truck.

This location by far is the worst ever. I wish there was a no star option. They don’t open on time , the two ladies that work inside are by far are very rude and unprofessional. They make false charges to your credit cards . Don’t open their doors on time . They stay on their phones while your at the counter waiting for service. The lie about not having vehicles available when clearly they do because they show up available online and through 1800uhaul. I will not use this location never again . They need a new staff

Reserved a Utility Trailer with Ramp Gate & was told the cost is $18.95 for the day & p/u at 10am.So they took my Credit Card info. On the day ,I went to p/u the Trailer & gave confirmation number. Then ,Associate stated it was canceled because it wasn’t p/u at 8am & then she was going to charge me $60.00. When I called C.S. Was on hold for 1 hr. Then I called Headquarters which a staff manager answered & she was rude , interrupting me several times, had a attitude, & was argumentative! No professionalism from Corporate or Sales .

6/1/22 I receive a voicemail at 6:45 PM that I did not return my truck rental and they were reporting the truck as stolen. (I had actually returned it to the manager at 11 AM and completed the drop off via mobile device).I attempted to call the store but was informed it was a 60 minute wait time. Closing time was 7 PM, so I had to drop everything I was doing and speed to the store to settle everything. As I approached the store, I saw the truck I returned was sitting in the parking lot; the exact spot I dropped it off.I would like to know how an established business could be so incompetent? Why escalate threatening me reporting a vehicle stolen when all you had to do was look out the window to confirm the car was returned.6/23/22 I received a charge of $180 for damages. I only drove the truck 26 miles to move my boat. I didn't cause any damages. This business is criminal.

We stopped in because we were interested in renting some U-Boxes. I barely finished asking my question and she abruptly responded "Why don't you just call 1-800 U haul. I have no idea"She wanted us to leave the store as soon as possible and had zero interest in actually helping us.

Don’t even bother going to this location if you have a question. The lady at the front desk today, (Thursday June 30, 2022) was the least bit helpful and unfriendly.We came in to request information about the U-Boxes and she claimed “she was lucky because she never rented one” and went on to say “she had no clue on anything about them.” She couldn’t provide prices and didn’t offer to get someone to help. She basically told us to call the 1-800 number to get information.We will never go this location again, and highly recommend that you DON’T, if you have any need for storage or information on their storage options. Very bad customer service!
