The 24/7 self service is a joke! Arrived and began checking in, asked me to take several pictures several times. Told me truck #, asked if I located it, but didn't tell me where to get keys, I asked employee after they opened, but I had no box # and no code to get into whatever box had my key. Also didn't say how to get the dolly I ordered. Had to go in the store and change from 24/7 to in store. Had to ask them for dolly. Online gave me truck #,when I went inside they changed truck #,told me had a full tank and milage. Went outside to locate my truck and discovered it was parked between two other trucks, bumper to bumper with no way to get out. Went back inside to ask that it be moved. She came out, instead of moving it, she gave me the keys to truck in front, so I again had new truck #, so the paperwork I signed was not accurate as far as truck #, milage and tank was only 1/4 full. Fed up, I took pics of dash before and after I dropped it off. However, drop off was a breeze, but only because I returned it early before they closed. If I hadn't don't know how I could have returned it,as my check in, had wrong truck #, milage and gas levels. So I advise against the 24/7 self service.
